Hi! My name is Cassandra. I am a Las Vegas native and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and their relationships. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, identity development, relationship challenges, and self-esteem struggles. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences honestly.
I draw from attachment-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and experiential approaches to help clients understand patterns in their relationships and emotional responses. Together, we explore how past experiences may influence the present and develop healthier ways of connecting with yourself and others.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, Finn and Ollie, who keep life entertaining and remind me daily about the importance of play, rest, and unconditional connection. I also have the most wonderful friends that I enjoy going to antique shops with and going on long drives to have long talks and listen to music. Being a Vegas native has also given me a deep appreciation for the diverse community here, and I’m grateful to support individuals from many different backgrounds.
My goal in therapy is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow into a more confident and grounded version of yourself.
Welcome! I am Elaine McCullough. I commend you for taking the first step in bettering your emotional and mental health. It takes a lot of courage to schedule that first therapy session. Although it can be scary and confusing, it can also be empowering. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles and concerns related to anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
I am a therapist who has a passion for helping others break free from burdens. I believe our deepest secrets can be blockages to moving forward in life. My mission with every client is to create a space where they feel safe to be authentic, while learning ways to regain control of their lives. I am honored to support you in this journey you are getting ready to embark on and I am rooting for your success in the healing process. I am sending you well wishes and a safe space to chat.

Hi! I'm Fran Bax, MS, LMHC, LPC, CASAC-Master. I'm a licensed therapist in New York State and the state of Nevada. I specialize in integrating motivational interviewing and cognitive-based therapy to help clients overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, and addiction. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment, where clients explore their motivations for change and learn practical strategies to challenge negative thoughts and behaviors. My approach emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and long-term growth, tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
I'm Sheldon like the TV show! (Big Bang Theory). I help analytical high-achieving adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety and depression untangle their inner world and reconnect with their deeper self-using insight-driven therapy, dream exploration, and a creative lens that helps them uncover what's been buried beneath the surface.
Do you often say, "I'm successful on the outside but exhausted and anxious inside," "overthinking everything, but still feeling stuck," or being in a "constant sense of restlessness or dissatisfaction," or being a person who "struggles to access or name emotions clearly." I help clients have greater awareness and emotional clarity and begin to feel grounded, self-trusting and more internally connected. I hope to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms through deeper insight and ability to recognize and break unconscious patterns. I help clients discover meaning through creative exploration, and dream work. I want clients to increase their confidence in navigating relationships and decisions and moving from analysis paralysis to self-acceptance and expression.
My areas of expertise are in Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Mental Illness, Risk Assessment, Trauma, PTSD and Substance Abuse Disorders.
Linda Brose, clinical therapist, has grown up in Northern Nevada my whole life. Attended college here and completed training in clinical therapy including over 20 years of Social Work in the community with elders and in the local largest hospital with crisis intervention and life transitions.
Clinician has experience with all age groups including adults, teens, elderly, children, and couples.
I am a licensed mental health and addiction counselor with a background in the psychobiology of addiction and a strong focus on helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change. My work blends evidence-based therapy with a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware approach, recognizing that healing often involves more than insight alone.
I am Level 1 Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and use parts-based work to help clients understand internal patterns with curiosity and compassion rather than self-judgment. I am also a Certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol provider through Unyte Listening Therapies, offering listening-based interventions that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of safety and connection—particularly for individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, or chronic stress.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, supportive, and individualized. I work primarily with adults navigating addiction, emotional regulation challenges, relational difficulties, and life transitions. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening internal resources, and building skills that support sustainable change both inside and outside of therapy.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, Texas, and Nevada, as well as a certified EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist. I have experience in helping clients struggling with adjustment issues, trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and self-esteem issues. All appointments are via telehealth in FL, NV and TX, with the option of in-person appointments in NV.
I am a licensed trauma therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant who helps adults heal from PTSD, trauma related symptoms, and trauma rooted anxiety and depression. My style is warm, direct, and highly practical. I pair EMDR with CBT and parts informed work so you get both symptom relief and lasting change. I often work with veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and high achieving professionals. Sessions are available via secure telehealth in NV, WA, NM, and ID.
I believe everyone has the ability to have a good life. I take a warm, nonjudgmental approach that is personalized to meet your needs. I can help you find meaning in pain and overcome obstacles to living an authentic, fulfilling life.
I use an eclectic, person-centered approach, with main focus on cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques. I understand that life can be busy and stressful, and I use Telehealth to allow you to heal within the comfort of your own space. I am dedicated to providing a safe, transformative space for you to explore what keeps you stuck.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. You want someone to understand you, and I seek to understand. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to provide a gentle push to get you where you want to be. Together we will create the change you seek to live your life to the fullest potential.

If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whether it is anxiety, career direction, relationship problems, or personal growth. Therapy can offer more than just talking through problems. I work with individuals who want a thoughtful, structured approach that combines deep understanding with practical tools to create meaningful change. Together we focus on clarity, actionable insight, and building momentum toward a life that feels more aligned and manageable.
I am a devoted psychotherapist and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, EMDR trained and Harvard trained in mindfulness for clinical practice. With a compassionate and integrative approach, I support adults, children, teens, and parents on their unique journeys. My focus is on fostering healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth while fully honoring and respecting each person’s unique story, culture, strengths, and capacity for change.
My name is Oswaldo “Oz” Castro, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals across a wide range of needs and life stages. My passion as a therapist is helping people find hope, healing, and practical tools to move forward.
I began my career in neurofeedback, spending 7 years working with children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, autism, sleep difficulties, anxiety, depression, and other neurodivergent experiences. I later gained 5 years of experience at a drug rehabilitation facility, supporting individuals on their recovery journey from substance use.
From there, I spent 2 years at a survivor’s center, helping individuals heal from domestic violence, violent crimes, and grief. During this time, I also worked closely with the LGBTQIA+ community, including facilitating groups for individuals of the trans experience.
I also worked for 5 years with children and adolescents transitioning out of a Baker Act and receiving sometimes getting into therapy for the first time, which gave me extensive experience in crisis intervention, family systems, and the importance of providing stability and hope during vulnerable times.
Most recently, for the past 3 years, I have been serving clients through the Grow Therapy, where I’ve had the privilege of reaching individuals who previously struggled to access care or find a therapeutic connection locally. This work has strengthened my belief that therapy should be accessible, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique story.
If you’re seeking a therapist who will meet you with empathy, understanding, and practical support, I would be honored to work alongside you. Together, we can create a path toward the goals and growth you want for yourself.
I am someone who spent many years in the business world before finding recovery and figuring out counseling is what I'm supposed to be doing. I believe I don't have the answers for you, you do! I believe it's my job to help you get to the answers. I try real hard not to tell people what to do but will share what my experience has been. I use humor when I can as none of us are getting out here alive so we might as well laugh as to cry.
I am a therapist who specializes in Addiction Recovery, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. I prefer a Biopsychosocial approach to therapy. I recognize that past trauma, maladaptive thought patterns and environment contribute greatly to how we perceive others and how we "show up" in the world. My job is to challenge thought patterns and support growth while clients empower themselves to make change and develop strategies to improve circumstances.
Do you feel like depression and anxiety are only getting harder to cope with as you get older?
Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, fatigued, and irritable on a regular basis?
Do you keep yourself busy and distracted during the day only to feel the most anxiety, racing thoughts, and panic at night when you lie down?
If so, I am here to help! I offer a variety of tools including self-regulation, meditation, mindfulness, CBT, belief systems analysis, strengths-based and solution-focused approaches. I have over 18 years of experience. I am licensed to practice in 6 states. Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas.
I offer WEEKEND availability!

My name is Amanda, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Florida, Massachusetts, and Nevada. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a concentration in Criminology. I completed my Masters in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. My training includes various modalities, but my approach is often person-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. I am always seeking to learn more in all areas, in effort to provide the best support that I can to the individuals that I work with.
I blend traditional therapeutic techniques with creative, non-traditional approaches to ensure our work is as dynamic and unique as you are. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, this integrative method allows us to explore challenges from multiple perspectives, keeping our sessions both adaptable and focused.
I work best with those who are looking for more than surface-level solutions. Together, we’ll move beyond symptoms to reach meaningful breakthroughs that stick. Through this committed, collaborative process, you’ll gain the self-awareness and practical tools needed to create clarity and lasting change in your daily life.
Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.

I am a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. I was born at Nellis Air Force Base. Since high school I realized during a brief career exploration class at Las Vegas High School that I prefer careers in the helping professions. I chose a curriculum that focused on counseling, interacting with people rather than social work and administration. I specialized in rehabilitation but found more opportunities in Arizona in mental health services. I assessed individuals for serious mental health in the state of Arizona and South Carolina. Working for State Mental Health systems provided training for a wide array of services for children and adults.

You carry big responsibilities, and it’s been heavy for too long.
I work with executive leaders, founders, and high performers in demanding professional roles including those who are partners and parents by turning feelings of overwhelm, perfectionism, daily stressors, and poor work/life balance into clarity.
Together we’ll surface blind spots, remove roadblocks, and build workable boundaries so you can lead well at work, show up at home, and feel grounded in your relationships. Constant stress and exhaustion aren’t the cost of success. Drive and focus don’t make you immune to anxiety, burnout, sleepless racing thoughts, shame, manipulation, family complexity, or the echo of old injuries.
Excellence doesn’t require perfection and saying no is okay.
With over a decade of experience across multiple states, I blend psychotherapy with practical solutions by offering confidential, results-focused care tailored to your unique world.
I also provide corporate mental health training, parent coordination, custody evaluations, co-parenting, reunification, and other psycho-legal consultations all delivered with discretion, expertise, and a deep understanding of high-stakes environments.
If you’re ready for focused, actionable support, I’m here to help.
I am a mental health therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the stressors that come with everyday responsibilities. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping you build practical tools you can use in your daily life.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps identify how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we work to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I also understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals.
As a first-generation Latina, I have a deep appreciation for how culture, family expectations, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. I strive to create a space where cultural identity is respected and understood, and where clients can openly explore how these influences impact their mental health and relationships.
My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that help you move toward the life you want. Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you.
Please note that I do not provide treatment for eating disorders, substance use disorders (including alcohol), or any court-mandated cases.
Please not that I do not fill out FMLA paperwork, ESA paperwork, or any other legal documents unless 6 months of consistent therapy has been received. There is a separate fee for paperwork outside of the copay.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, anxiety, family systems, and addiction recovery. My mission is to meet you where you are, understanding the unique experiences that have shaped you, and help you overcome life’s challenges, discovering the best version of yourself along the way. I work with adults, adolescents, and families, offering a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where we will work together towards healing, growth, and resilience. I believe that the therapeutic journey is one of partnership.
