I am a licensed professional counselor with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with experience working on a multitude of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, and couples counseling. I believe in creating a strong, trusting therapeutic environment where people feel comfortable, motivated, and not judged. I use solution-focused techniques to assist in reaching goals and CBT techniques to help with concerns such as negative thought patterns. Every person is different, and you will have your own individualized therapy and plan that is tailored to your needs. I really enjoy helping others explore their own strengths, and I understand that sometimes it can be hard to put things into perspective. Sometimes that outside, non-judgmental assistance is what someone needs to get back on track or on a better track.

Hello, my name is Devin Jones and I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in individual psychotherapy. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or questions about identity, trauma, or direction in life. I work with teens and adults to better understand these experiences while also building practical skills to feel more grounded and in control. My approach blends structured, evidence-based work like CBT and ERP with a more relational, collaborative style. That means we’ll not only explore patterns and past experiences, but also actively practice new ways of responding in the present. In our sessions, you’ll find a space where you can show up as you are—without needing to filter or perform. My goal is to create an environment that feels supportive, affirming, and grounded, while helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

With 37 years of lived experience alongside family members facing severe mental challenges, I have gained a deep understanding of the unique struggles that individuals and families encounter in these situations. My professional journey in the mental health field spans over 12 years, during which I have worked closely with various communities, including those transitioning from in-patient mental health facilities. I’m Steven, a Licensed Professional Counselor for 7+ years. I specialize in helping in clients navigate through relationship stress, life adjustments, divorce, social anxiety, and overall anxiety management. To do this, i use a combination of Person-Centered therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused therapy to help clients try to build momentum towards reaching their goals and managing their everyday life and relationships in a more effective way. My greatest strength as a therapist is to be able to provide Professional Counseling using everyday/real world language and interactions and allowing clients to have an experience talking to "down to earth professional" . I strive to make a client feel heard and validated as a person while helping them take steps in reaching their identified goals. I also try to emphasize flexibility by offering no cancellations fees and 6-7 days of availability on normal weeks is important as I realize it can be hard for some clients to commit to a specifically weekly commitment.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out! Do you ever have those days when things are especially difficult?? Many of the people that I meet are looking for support with mental health, substance abuse, and managing traumatic events. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Currently, I work with adults and youth, and I'm a strong believer in the mental/physical health connection. I also support a small hospice team in my area so am comfortable having uncomfortable conversations. I believe in strengths-based recovery that looks at all the systems that can impact us. Bits and pieces of different models incorporated together tend to have the most benefit, based on the person's needs. I have seen so many great successes! I enjoy supporting the people I work with and going through their journey with them. I am currently licensed in IL, MI and TN. Hi, I’m James. I have been counseling for several years. I consider myself to be compassionate, warm, and interested in learning who my clients are as people beyond just knowing what their symptoms are. The counseling experience with me is a partnership, not me pontificating to you about how you should be living your life. You are more than a partner in this process, you are the leader for managing your wellness with me offering feedback and guidance as necessary.

As an individual who struggled with alcohol addiction, depression, and anxiety, my life experiences, as well as my education and faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of my life, have provided me with the opportunity to serve those who are struggling with life. Everyone has life struggles. I am prepared to help individuals and couples learn how to live life amidst struggles, such as depression, addiction, worry, financial stress, or marriage difficulties. I am blessed and honored to be in a position to use the gifts God has entrusted me with to serve others. My specialty area is addictions. I struggled with alcohol addiction for about 23 years. Through God's redeeming grace and an excellent education, I am well equipped to help those struggling with addiction and the anxiety, depression, worry, and fear that may or may not be attached to the addiction. My life experience with addiction has equipped me with an understanding about addiction. Not just for the individual, but for the affected family/social network as well. My education at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary has also equipped me with God's ultimate resource for our afflictions - The Word of God.

I trained at the University of Michigan School of Social Work, and my clinical focus since has been the intersection of substance use and mental health — what the field calls co-occurring disorders, and what most of my clients simply call the hardest thing they've ever dealt with. Addiction rarely shows up alone. It travels with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and complicated relationships.

Hello, and welcome. I’m truly glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward support can be difficult, and simply being here today reflects a great deal of courage, hope, and self-compassion. Whether you're facing a specific challenge, feeling overwhelmed, or simply seeking a space to better understand yourself, you deserve care, support, and the opportunity to be heard. My name is Renee, and I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2014. For more than 12 years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from many different backgrounds and life experiences. One of the greatest honors is helping someone move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of peace. I understand that finding the right therapist can feel vulnerable. You may have questions, uncertainties, or even mixed emotions about beginning this process and that's completely okay. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin. Healing is not about having all the answers; it's about having a safe place to explore them. I would love to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to help you make your decison. My hope is to create a warm, welcoming, and compassionate space where you feel seen, valued, and accepted exactly as you are. A space where you can speak openly, feel safe to process life's challenges, celebrate your strengths, and move towards a life worth living. Whatever has brought you here, please know that you do not have to carry it alone. Support is available, and meaningful change is possible. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. When you're ready, let's talk.
