My name is Keith Thomas. I received my my Bachelors of sciences from Saginaw Valley State University, and my Masters of Art (counseling) from Central Michigan University. I have been working in the mental health field as a counselor since 2018 and working in the mental health field in general since 2014. My experience encompasses working with all ages and populations.
First sessions are all about getting to know what brought you to therapy as well as beginning to build a therapeutic rapport.
My biggest strength is being able to switch up therapeutic styles based on the need of the client.
I am open to working with all clients. Most of my career has been working with children and families. With that being said that means that I have gained the experience in working with all ages and populations. I have worked with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, family issues, relationship issues, body dysmorphia and many more. I do my best to meet each person where they initially are when they enter therapy.
