I completed my Masters in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. My training includes various modalities, but my approach is often person-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. I am always seeking to learn more in all areas, in effort to provide the best support that I can to the individuals that I work with.

My journey in helping others meet their mental health goals began at Westfield State College in 2004, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor in social work. After raising 2 children I returned to what had become Westfield State University and completed my masters degree in one year with the goal of becoming a clinical therapist. Since that time I have worked with clients from 12-90 get the support they need.

No matter how hard we try in life, inevitably we come across unpredictable waters. Sometimes riding the waves of life can be delightful and sometimes it can be soul crushing. Thus, I seek to help high functioning adults and adolescents to "embrace uncertainty and live joyfully through the process." I hope to energize and empower you to become the best version of yourself, especially during times of adversity. I received my Master's in counseling in 2016 while working in a shelter for survivors of domestic violence. My name is Ryan, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with my MS in Clinical Mental Health Care at Bay Path University in 2018. I have worked in an outpatient setting, as a therapist, since the fall of 2018. Prior to completing my program, I gained valuable experience through Crisis services as a clinician and support counselor. I have worked with people of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is eclectic with attention to client centered, a more holistic approach which encompasses the entire body as we tend to suffer as a whole being.
