I'm so glad you're here. I'm a wife, mom of three adult kids, and a devoted cat lover who grew up in Massachusetts and recently planted new roots in Rochester, NY. I believe everyone deserves a space to be truly heard without judgment or pressure. When you sit across from me, you'll find someone real, compassionate, and genuinely rooting for you every step of the way. I take my coffee seriously and I may ask about your pets - It tells me a lot about a person.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is really just about getting to know each other. I'll ask some questions about what brought you in, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping therapy can help with — but there's no pressure to have it all figured out. You don't need to come in with the perfect words. I'll also leave plenty of space for you to ask me anything you want to know about how I work. By the end of our first session, my goal is simple: I want you to leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and hopeful that this might be the right fit.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring warmth, honesty, and a genuine belief that change is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are ready to do the hard work but need someone in their corner to help them through it. Whether you're overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in the grip of OCD, or carrying the heavy weight of depression, you deserve a space where you feel truly seen and never judged. I especially love working with women, older adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and I welcome anyone navigating life transitions or looking to build stronger coping skills

My treatment methods

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I use Exposure and Response Prevention to help clients face what's been holding them back — whether that's OCD, anxiety, or phobias. I'll never push you faster than you're ready to go, but I will be right there beside you, cheering you on every step of the way.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy gives us a powerful set of skills to work with — tools for managing overwhelming emotions, tolerating distress, and building a life that feels worth living. I weave these skills into our work in a way that feels practical and real, not textbook.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, not direct you. I bring warmth, genuine curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience into every session.
