Do you find yourself thinking...
"I overthink everything." "I care too much about what people think." "I'm always expecting the worst." "I have no confidence." "I can't stop worrying."
If those thoughts sound familiar, you're not alone. Living with anxiety can feel exhausting. You may replay conversations long after they're over, doubt your decisions, avoid speaking up, or constantly wonder if you're "good enough." Even when life seems to be going well, your mind doesn't seem to turn off.
I specialize in anxiety, self-doubt, social anxiety, and chronic overthinking. Together, we'll work to quiet your inner critic, challenge anxious thought patterns, build lasting confidence, and help you feel more at peace in your everyday life. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood while learning practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions — those moments when things feel unsteady and you're not quite sure how to move forward. My approach starts with building a warm, genuine relationship where you feel safe to explore what's really going on beneath the surface. From there, I bring in practical tools — often drawing on CBT and coping strategies — so you leave sessions with more than just insight, but real ways to manage day-to-day. As a parent myself, I understand how life's transitions can test us in ways we don't always expect, and I bring that same steadiness and practicality to the people I work with.
Tired of reading bios? I would be too, so I'll keep it short:
I graduated from UPenn 10+ years ago with a Master's in Social Work. I have experience working in almost every setting you could imagine.
I specialize in making people feel comfortable, safe, and validated. I specialize in treating my clients like they matter, are important & are worthy, no matter what they look like, sound like, or "seem" like. I'm also an expert in being a real human being and not a robot with automated responses who will "mhmm" you to death.
My "approach" is understanding that I can't expect you to expose the deepest, darkest, most vulnerable parts of yourself to me if I remain a complete stranger to you. In our sessions, I want you to feel like you're with one of your best friends who you can trust, laugh and ugly-cry with.
My only goal is to make you feel like you're not alone. Like you have someone in your corner who will fight for you, laugh with you, curse with you, and ugly-cry with you (I'm totally kidding, kinda, that part's negotiable).
My clinical experience has been providing individual therapy services to adolescents, adults and seniors. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and family issues.
My goal is to create a space where clients can authentically express themselves without fear of judgment or misunderstanding and to empower individuals to present their true selves confidently to the world.
I aim to help clients embrace all parts of themselves as they heal and grow.
You are the narrator of your story and I am here to guide and help support you through your journey.
I have years of experience helping people of all ages in a variety of contexts including individual psychotherapy, work with children, youth & families, crisis work and case management. My style is direct, supportive, and down-to-earth, and I use CBT, DBT, REBT, and motivational interviewing to make therapy feel practical, collaborative, and genuinely helpful. I also bring warmth and humor into the work so it feels more like a real conversation with someone in your corner rather than being analyzed by some human computer

schizophrenia, and substance use disorders. I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance with
empathy and genuineness. I have extensive experience collaborating with psychiatrists, physician

I have been a social worker for over 10 years. I graduated from Boston College and am an LICSW in Massachusetts. I am licensed in other states as well, and I have several years of experience in crisis counseling and helping people manage anxiety and depression. I specialize in short-term counseling by utilizing Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Sharing stories can create some of the greatest bonds between people. In my practice as a therapist, stories have always been the foundation: they create a relationship of empathy and understanding, acceptance and change, which is able to withstand challenges over time. By telling stories, we can pick apart patterns and figure out how to break cycles that are not serving you. Whether that be with others, or yourself.
I specialize in helping people who are struggling in relationships as well as with depression and anxiety that often accompany these challenges. I believe that the therapist-client connection is not only a place to learn skills, but lays a foundation to create and maintain healthy relationships. Using a combination of mindfulness, interpersonal skills, and cognitive therapy, we can slow things down to help you better understand what is happening, and what techniques you can use to reach your goals.
I like to bring a human, warm side to the therapy space starting with the first session. I offer support, coping strategies and space to get to know yourself more deeply. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic experiencing and humanistic approaches in my work. My clients feel supported, comfortable and free to express themselves fully as we built rapport.
I am a clinician with twenty-five years of clincial experiences as a licensed mental health counselor. I have worked with families, caregivers, employees, and adults over 18 years old. Over the years, I have learned valuable resources for stress reduction through grounding techniques using the breath and cognitive restructuring to produce a calmer state of being. I participated in an all-day training for clinicians to learn how to apply nature-based interventions and tools for individuals interested in this intervention. Evidence-based studies show how nature therapy reduces stress, heart rate, and blood pressure, and boosts positive moods.
