Observe
Validate
Encourage
That's my approach. I connect the dots as to why you feel the way you do and show you how to overcome it and move into freedom. This is backed by my extensive education, work with homeless, addicts and mental ill since 1994.

I bring a unique blend of professional training and lived experience to my work, offering a compassionate and grounded approach to therapy. My background in the military has shaped my understanding of high-stress environments, trauma, and the need for emotional strength, making me especially attuned to the needs of veterans, first responders, and trauma survivors.
At Maple Grove Mental Health, LLC, I provide therapy for individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, and life transitions. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about reconnecting you to your strengths, values, and inner resilience. Together, we’ll work toward greater emotional balance, clarity, and peace of mind. If you're ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk with you through the process. You're not alone—and you don't have to carry it all by yourself.

I am Becky Hunt, and I have had my LCSW for the past 7 years. I have been practicing for 13 years, 6 of those in community mental health and 7 of those in my own private practice. I feel as if becoming a therapist is a calling for me. Having grown up with significant anxiety symptoms, an OCD diagnosis, and some painful eating-disorder issues have created in me an overwhelming desire to help others navigate through this tough world. I am not unfamiliar with conflict and how uncomfortable it can be for some and have found ways to be bold and assertive despite the discomfort and pain. I have a faith that helps me gain insight and perspective on a daily basis and love helping others with some of the same principals and beliefs that strengthen me. I also like to laugh, when I can, about the absurdities of life; I believe is humor is an often overlooked coping skill.

A little about me, I have a sphynx cat named Cupid and a black cat named Tofu. Behind me sits my spider, Marrow, who burrows and builds tunnels more than she spins webs. I also enjoy playing DND, I've been drawing since I was in kindergarten, and I play lots of video games, particularly fantasy RPGs.

Life can be so challenging, and sometimes we can seem to lose our way – getting lost in the spinning, the confusion, the uncertainty. Emotions can feel like they spiral or swing so rapidly that it can feel difficult to find stable ground, let alone direction for our lives.
Maybe you have experienced this – that shift between anxiety & depression & irritability – that sense of feeling lost or struggling to see a way forward in your life.
Working with adults and seniors over the past 15 years, in inpatient settings, intensive outpatient treatment, and individual therapy, I am an empathetic ear and a believer that growth and change are always possible, no matter how lost we may feel.
So you survived a pandemic, losses and uncertainty? Resilience is within you. My name is Dr. Erica, I am a psychotherapist and professor in the Chicago and Northwest Indiana area. I believe that we all possess abilities within us that can help us overcome the most difficult of times. Let us work together to use that same resilience to overcome other life stressors, be it anxiety, depression or relationship problems.
I provide virtual sessions that allow you to sit in the comfort of your home while we explore possibilities to relieving the stress or discomfort you are experiencing. Empathy, openness and being nonjudgmental are some things that I hold dear to my practice.
If you are tired of struggling in silence and feel like enough is enough, reach out today and let us work together to find possible solutions to the problem.
Hi. My name is Amanda Jo! I'm honored you've taken the opportunity to read a little bit about me in order to determine if we might be a good fit to walk a part of life's journey together! I have over ten years of experience working in the field of mental health. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Saint Leo University and obtained my Masters in Social Work from Indiana University. I served in the United States Army and am acutely aware of the mental health and family issues specifically related to deployments as well as pre and post service. I have experience and knowledge related to birth-mothers and adoption. Furthermore, I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, middle aged and 'antiqued' populations who are struggling to manage stress, anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorders, relationship conflict and/or unresolved trauma.
Life is a beautiful, complex journey that requires community to navigate. I'd be honored to be a part of your circle!
As an integrated practitioner (therapist, meditation coach, and yoga teacher), I offer a modality that shifts the focus from fixing to realizing. Unlike approaches that seek to modify internal content (thoughts, feelings) to achieve stability, we anchor our work in the unwavering integrity that is already present within you.
The core of our collaboration rests on the capacity to embrace the present moment, requiring: radical openness, unreserved honesty, and a willingness to soften old patterns of resistance.
I bring deep competence in supporting individuals navigating the challenges of trauma, substance dependency, and neurodiversity (including my own experience with AUDHD). Having served as a veteran and worked extensively with this population, I understand the unique barriers and strengths involved, reiterating that the depth of the work is proportional to the sincerity of engagement.
This process is a shared inquiry. I act as a mirror and a compass, offering guidance to help you navigate toward the innate wisdom that already holds the answers. The true authority resides in your own developing awareness.

Hey there,
My name is Jessica Drury, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I would be honored to support you on your journey towards health, healing, and freedom. My approach is down-to-earth and free from judgment, focusing on uncovering and enhancing your strengths.
I am passionate about helping individuals build confidence and self-esteem. Often, we carry deeply ingrained beliefs about ourselves that are inaccurate and need to be challenged. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help deconstruct these unhealthy beliefs and restructure them into positive, empowering thoughts.
If you are searching for your life purpose, grappling your sense of self, or facing career-related challenges, I can assist you in finding solutions to reduce stress and anxiety. I am here to help you discover your strengths and approach your weaknesses with curiosity and hope.
For those experiencing communication or relationship issues, whether with a spouse or others, I offer strategies to help you find common ground and adjust your expectations. Together, we can navigate these challenges and find ways to cope with any divides.
I have extensive knowledge in addressing binge eating and the mental struggles associated with it. I utilize Mindful Eating and Intuitive Eating practices to support you in overcoming these challenges.
No matter what you are facing, I am dedicated to being in your corner, helping you become a happier, more fulfilled version of yourself. Life can be lived with depth, intention, and joy, and I am here to help you discover these qualities, regardless of how steep or rocky the path may be.
I invite you to visit my link and schedule a time that works for you. I look forward to meeting you. Take care!
You are not broken — you are becoming. I believe healing begins at the intersection of truth, safety, and purpose. I provide a safe and empowering space for individuals navigating trauma, identity wounds, life transitions, and relational patterns that no longer serve them. Whether depression, addiction, unresolved trauma, marital woes or seeking emotional steadiness as a first responder. I am here to offer support and a judgment-free, solution-based environment. Trust the process.
Let me help you overcome the challenges of daily living. My name is Scott with 35 years in the mental health field serving individuals and families just like you, who live in Indiana. Let me share my belief and philosophy on therapy and counseling! I believe that a therapist works best with a client when they take time to first understand the person, their background, and any and all knowledge that may help facilitate the process of therapy.
But it's not only that, right? It is important that, in therapy, we work to provide and cultivate a safe place to share, and a time to work on your concerns, so that you feel better and able to go forward in your life with greater resolve, and more peace of mind. We can do this! I have seen it happen all the time! You can feel better!
I work in solution focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, and provide psychoeducation as needed as well. While I am not a medical professional and cannot make medical diagnoses, I am conversant with psychopharmacology and can help you perhaps clarify how to communicate with your medical provider.
Please feel free to call me. I see clients using telehealth at this time.
