Hello! It's great to meet you. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Indiana, I've been serving clients for the past 18 years after graduating from Indiana University in 2006. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ball State University in 1991. I'm passionate about listening to the unique stories of each individual I work with and to be a part of their therapeutic journey.
In our initial session, our priority will be to listen to your story, understand your experiences, and delve into the life challenges you're encountering. This lays the groundwork for establishing a strong client-therapist bond, which is essential for our journey together.
Based on my diverse experiences, I've had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and addressing various concerns. My empathetic nature enables me to deeply understand individuals' needs, while my ability to establish trust and rapport fosters a supportive environment. Being a people person, I naturally connect with others, making the therapeutic process more effective and comfortable.
I have a passion for collaborating with individuals who are eager to enact positive changes in their lives. Feeling stuck is common, and I'm here to assist you in navigating through daily stressors and mental health hurdles. My approach is founded on being non-judgmental and relatable, recognizing the importance of the client-therapist relationship in facilitating effective treatment.

Treatment with combine elements of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with techniques tailored to address the effects of trauma.

Whole family. Works with each of us. We're making progress as individuals and as a whole family. Medication may be required for one or two that we are looking into separately, but we are finding the root cause for each individual. He's friendly, patient and understanding. I'm glad that we weighed our options as a family and chose Him. Because we are a family of four, it would "probably" be better if we had more frequent appointments, but the benefits and growth are starting to show. Thank You.
