I am a therapist who utilizes a humanistic and holistic approach when working with client who are struggling with life stressors. My clinical focus is strength based with the treatment goals of helping individuals navigate life and working towards being the healthiest version of themselves. I have experience working with trauma, depression, barriers to change, personality and identity struggles, as well as anxiety and grief.
Life can become complicated when the strategies that once worked stop working. Whether you're navigating a recent ADHD or AuDHD diagnosis, struggling with burnout, anxiety, depression, or major life changes, it can feel like you're trying to solve a puzzle without all the pieces.
As someone who was diagnosed later in life, I understand both the relief and the disruption that can come from finally having an explanation for lifelong challenges. That experience has shaped my approach to therapy and deepened my appreciation for the resilience people develop while trying to navigate a world that wasn't designed with their needs in mind.
My work is grounded in the belief that every person has a unique nervous system, unique strengths, and unique challenges. Rather than treating a label, I focus on understanding you as a whole person. I draw from established therapy approaches, neuroscience, and our growing understanding of the connection between the brain and body. I also believe that therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. Humor, relatable analogies, and practical tools are often part of our conversations.
I work primarily with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from constantly trying to keep up. Many are navigating neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the loss of skills that can accompany chronic stress and burnout. I also provide an affirming space for clients in kink, polyamorous, and other consensual nontraditional relationships.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, reduce overwhelm, build sustainable strategies, and create a life that feels more authentic and manageable. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can work through it together, one step at a time.

Hi there, I'm Jasmine, LCSW, and I'm here to help you navigate those overwhelming feelings that can sometimes feel like a pressure cooker. Whether it's the fear of disappointing others, feeling misunderstood, or battling with anxiety and depression, I understand how these emotions can pile up and become unbearable. You might even find yourself resorting to self-harm as a way to cope. It's hard to reach out and put these feelings into words, but you don't have to do it alone—this is my specialty, and I already understand what you're going through.
With my guidance, you'll learn emotion management skills that can help you handle these big emotions and break the cycle. Imagine not having to use all your energy pretending to be okay because you actually are okay. I believe in open communication and honest boundaries, especially when it comes to sensitive topics like self-harm. I am able to see the strengths in most of my clients; for example if they are poor students and failing school, I can see their resilience in other areas. I am opened minded and non-judgmental, as long as one does not advocating harm to themselves or others. I hope to identify what's working for you, as far as support systems, coping skills and values.
Hello, my name is Heather Stample LCSW. I have been doing therapy work for about 5 years and social work for 10 years. I love supporting and encouraging others. I utilize talk therapy and incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques and coping skills into sessions. Welcome! Taking the first step toward therapy is a powerful choice. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My practice focuses on supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, and substance dependency, with dedicated experience serving veterans, military families, and the LGBTQ+ community. I use a compassionate, strengths-based approach to help you navigate life’s toughest challenges and build a path toward lasting healing and happiness.
I hold licenses as a clinical social worker and a clinical addiction counselor. My educational background includes a BA in Psychology from Purdue University and a Master's in Social Work from Indiana University (2006).
My experience includes 8 years in private practice, 12 years addressing the needs of DCS/probation/court-ordered clients, 7 years in a jail setting (including 6 years as a clinical supervisor), and a role as a clinical director at an addiction recovery center. My experience spans working with first responders, groups, couples, and individuals struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, suicidal thoughts, crisis situations, gender issues, adjustment disorder, parenting challenges, stress, self-esteem, codependency, relationship difficulties, and more.
I specialize in trauma therapy, including EMDR, for adults who feel stuck in patterns they understand intellectually but can't seem to change. I work with clients navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and the lingering effects of painful or overwhelming experiences. My goal is to help you understand not only what you're experiencing, but why these patterns developed and how you can begin to respond differently.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. I believe healing happens within a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship where you can be honest without fear of judgment. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work with you to understand how past experiences may be shaping your emotions, relationships, beliefs about yourself, and responses to the world around you.
I integrate EMDR, attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic exploration, and emotion-focused techniques based on your individual needs. EMDR can be especially helpful when you understand intellectually that something is in the past, but your body, emotions, or relationships still respond as though it is happening in the present. Together, we can explore unresolved experiences, strengthen your sense of safety and self-worth, and develop new ways of responding to yourself and the people around you.
You don't have to have a single defining trauma or know exactly what needs to be healed before beginning therapy. Whether you're struggling with childhood experiences, relationship wounds, anxiety, overwhelming emotions, or a persistent sense that you're not enough, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and create meaningful change. I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome.
My name is Dr. Olushola Bakare, and my work centers on helping people recognize the strengths they already carry. I work with adults and older adults who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and understood, in a space that is safe, warm, and free of judgment. To help make sure we are the right fit from the start, I want to be upfront that my practice does not currently include couples counseling, medication management, or completing disability, FMLA, or legal paperwork. I work with adults 18 years and older. If any of these are part of what you are looking for, I am happy to help you find a provider whose practice is built around that support.

My first career includes 17 years of retail management. I worked in multiple divisions, environments, and roles within the retail management industry. Most of my experience was in big-box retail environments or corporate offices, so I understand the expectations and stressors of P&L management, marketing, staff performance/recruitment/training & development, shrinkage, O.S.H.A. compliance, and merchandising. I transitioned from the retail management industry to the human services industry in March 2010 after earning my Master’s degree in Human Services, with a specialty in Mental Health Counseling. I recently obtained a doctoral degree in Human and Social Services.
This information is pertinent for adults who need assistance to cope with work-life balance, corporate industry standards, stressful work environments, conflict management with co-workers, and work performance due to compassion fatigue or inappropriate time management.
