(he/him)
Hi there, I'm Tom. Are you feeling stuck in your journey of development and improvement? I walk alongside men and women and provide thoughtful insights and an empathetic, non-judgemental ear to help identify and work through roadblocks to growth. I believe in treating, in addition to the symptom, the cause of our pain to help promote healing. Additionally, I have experience working with Internal Family Systems, OCD, couples therapy and faith-based issues, alongside other therapeutic methods. I look forward to hearing your story.
Clients can expect a laid-back, friendly conversation where we would get to know each other, and, if client is comfortable doing so, begin to create a general sketch of clients history and background.
I feel that my biggest strength is being able to empathize with others no matter how difficult their emotions may be and provide an emotionally stable place where clients can process all of the above.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps clients break down their personalities into parts and analyze them. Each part has its own role, such as one responsible for creativity and another for order. Understanding the role each part plays gives you insights into your own personality and, ultimately, helps you understand yourself better. Since you have a better understanding of your emotions, you can heal from traumatic experiences more easily. The concept came to me a few years ago, and since then, it has become one of my mainstays. I am very proud to be able to integrate it with my other modalities in order to help my clients.
