First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me complete an intake assessment and create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
In my clinical experience, I've come to realize that my strengths are authenticity, empathy, curiosity, and a sense of humor.
Ideal clients
Clients that express willingness to engage in therapy, arriving on time and consistently with respect to time management and effectively communicating scheduling conflicts. Therapist has preference for individuals that identify as an LGBTQ+ person of color among the ages of 10-30 years old. Clients must be comfortable with having a nonbinary transgender therapist and must be respectful of therapist's gender neutral pronouns.
