Indie is fantastic. She is skilled in areas I need: ADHD, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, CBT and is easy to relate to! She’s whip-smart, warm, she’s always paying attention! Believe me, best therapist I have had in decades! She’s the best. Highly recommend.

Indy is a great listener. She is very intelligent and approachable, she makes it easy for me to tell her what has been happening, patterns from my history, etc. I am very grateful to have found her. She always summarizes what we’ve discussed which is great because I have ADHD and I can propel myself through feedback because I can get stuck on an adjective or be overwhelmed by a list of issues/observations, so some review is welcome. I am excited about therapy for the first time in decades.
