About Me I am a doctoral-level licensed professional counselor with over 16 years of experience in providing high-quality mental health care. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and other mental health concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I tailor treatment to meet your unique needs and goals. I am a clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults. Over the course of my 20 plus year career, I have worked in various settings with a variety of client populations. As a therapist my role is to provide a non-judgmental, safe environment for individuals to explore their life issues and support them in their personal growth. I find that a lot of us struggle with listening to our inner critic and often beat ourselves up for past regrets, as well as spending a lot of valuable time worrying about the past and the "what if's" in the future. I provide life and sober coaching for those in recovery. Sober coaching requires clients to be in recovery without the use of substances for at least 30 days.
