I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), and an EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Therapist (FL/NJ/VA). I attempt to resolve the most dominant and deep-seated challenges within 4 to 12 sessions with short-term counseling, if you are ready for change and the best fit for the intervention. My therapeutic approach is based on the individual's specific needs. I also use traditional talk therapy with my clients. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of therapy that enables you to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. I work with adult clients. *NOTE: According to my policy, I do not complete FMLA or disability paperwork at this time.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works collaboratively with adults seeking healing, personal growth, and healthier relationship patterns. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your self-worth, and move toward lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your life and relationships.
Welcome! There is no beauty in "settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living." It is time to be courageous and see what might be causing you to settle. In the midst, I will use cognitive behavioral because I know it therapy works in actual clinical practice. While it may require hope, perseverance, and patience, you'll be glad you did!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Illinois, Colorado, and Florida. I received a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University (NU). Additionally, I have a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling, focusing on Marriage and Family from Liberty University, obtaining clinical training in faith-based solutions. The convergence of ideologies from these two schools helps my aspirational core values of acceptance, appreciation, diversity and inclusion.

Hi there — I’m Jayne’, and I’m so glad you’re here! As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving Georgia and Florida, I specialize in working with those 28 and up who are high‑achievers, couples and individuals who feel deeply driven in their professional lives—yet somehow disconnected or stuck in their relationships, their sense of self, or the way they move through life.
You might recognize yourself if you’ve excelled in your career or set high standards for yourself, but find that your closest relationships — whether intimate, professional, or internal — aren’t feeling as connected, grounded, or fulfilling as you’d hoped. Maybe you desire genuine and fulfilling personal connections, yet you sense that fear or an inability to be vulnerable, relational habits, past trauma or unspoken patterns are quietly shaping how you engage with others or even how you show up for yourself.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, thought-provoking, judgment‑free space to explore all of that paired with exercises and tools to connect more intentionally with others. I bring a blend of thoughtful challenge and genuine support — we’ll honor your drive and successes, while gently opening up the deeper layers of your relational world: your attachment style, your inner voice, your relational patterns, your leadership role or identity and your emotional safety.
Whether you’re an individual longing to bring your hard‑won success into a more connected, authentic life or a couple seeking more alignment and connection — I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you long to be. You don’t have to settle for high achievement and relational dissatisfaction. There’s another way — one where your strengths become bridges to deeper connection, not barriers.
Thank you for taking this step on the journey toward greater intimacy, presence and relational ease.
Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor in both North Carolina and Florida. I do mostly telehealth and offer in-person sessions for folks in the WNC area. I have been a therapist for 7 years. I am certified in EMDR and love to help other therapists hone their EMDR skills, which in turn helps me to be a better EMDR therapsit. The therapeutic space I share with clients is a sacred space. I attend trainings that I believe help to create that sacred space. I also really love to use humor if/when it is possible as I do believe laughter can be healing and connective.

I’m a licensed therapist who supports women who have spent most of their lives being the strong one, the responsible one, and the over-functioner for everyone else. Many of the women I work with grew up emotionally neglected or learned early on that their value came from how much they could carry. I help them reconnect with themselves, feel grounded again, and build a sense of identity and worthiness that isn’t tied to performance, achievement, or constantly being “the strong one.”
Hello, I'm Dr. Aja King, a Counseling Psychologist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor practicing in Minnesota. I view therapy as a collaborative journey with someone who comprehends life's complexities. Despite the challenges, I believe in the potential for recovery, inner peace, and clarity. With 23 years of experience in mental health, spanning various states including Alabama, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Minnesota, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, addiction, trauma/crisis, families, and those affected by domestic violence.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. Sometimes life can feel heavy, confusing, or isolating. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and build the tools you need to move forward with greater confidence and balance.
I am licensed in Florida, Tennessee, and Texas with over 15 years of professional work experience. Seeking support is a courageous step. Whether you’re navigating a difficult time or simply looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
Hi, I am so glad you have decided to take a step in healing from your past.
I specialize in working with people who grew up in families where there was some type of instability or turmoil. This could have been from addiction, mental health, abuse, neglect, anger, poverty, foster care placement, religious trauma or anything that caused some form of trauma. Oftentimes times those who grew up in this type of situation feel responsible for it or that somehow they should have fixed it.
Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma, attachment wounds, and emotional dysregulation. My approach is integrative — I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment theory, and Mindfulness to tailor treatment to each person. I'm currently licensed in KY, OH, VA, TX, and FL and work with adults via telehealth.
Hi, I am a licensed mental health counselor who focuses on identity transformation! I work with those who feel the achievements are there, yet still feels misaligned in what you do versus who you truly are. This identity crisis shows up in subtle ways - the anxiety that greets you before meetings, the exhaustion from maintaining the "strong Black woman" image, the longing for relationships where you can finally be real.
I want you to know that transformation is possible. That having more alignment and authenticity in the way you show up is possible. In our work together, we'll move beyond just understanding why you code-switch or people-please and help your system find its way back to your truth using Internal Family Systems therapy.
Imagine walking into any room fully grounded in who you are. Picture making decisions from your core self, not from old wounds. It's time to transform your relationship with yourself - to heal those outdated identities and create a life that truly feels like yours.
You might feel like you’ve been carrying too much for too long—trying to keep it together while life feels heavier than it should. Maybe anxiety keeps running the show. Maybe you’ve been stuck in habits or patterns that don’t serve you anymore. Maybe you’ve gone through heartbreak, loss, or betrayal and can’t quite find your footing again. Or maybe you just know something’s off, and you’re tired of pretending everything’s fine.
Here’s how I can help.
Together, we’ll slow things down and get to the root of what’s really driving your emotions and behaviors—not just the surface stress, but the deeper patterns that keep showing up. I’ll help you develop tools to manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings in real time so you can start responding differently instead of reacting automatically.
We’ll also focus on rebuilding your confidence and connection—with yourself and the people who matter most. That means learning how to trust your own instincts again, set boundaries without guilt, and create habits that actually last.
Therapy with me isn’t about endlessly talking through problems—it’s about real movement. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more grounded, and genuinely hopeful about where you’re headed.
Hi, I’m Sarika Griffin, a Licensed Therapist and the owner of You’re More Than Enough Counseling and Consulting. A native Floridian who transplanted to Omaha, Nebraska four plus years ago, I am a daughter, sister, aunt, friend, dog mom, and a survivor of sexual and dating violence and a suicide attempt. These lived experiences shape my commitment to advocating for the voiceless and challenging the stigma surrounding mental health care in the Black/African American community.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, and identity-related stress—especially those who have spent years being “the strong one” for everyone else. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative, creating a supportive space where clients can slow down, heal, and reconnect with themselves without judgment. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Florida and a Master of Social Work from Florida State University.
I’m Cassy Dorvilier, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Clinical Director with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families on their journey toward healing and wholeness. My work has spanned social services, outpatient therapy for children, and leadership in trauma-focused residential care—giving me a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face at different stages of life.
In our sessions, I create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story without judgment. I draw on powerful, evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Inner Child Work, and trauma-informed care to help you understand the parts of yourself, heal emotional wounds, and uncover your inner resilience. Whether you are seeking help as an individual or in a group setting, therapy with me is a collaborative process that supports growth, clarity, and self-compassion. I integrate faith into the therapeutic process—honoring Christian values and belief systems while respecting each person’s spiritual path. Whether you’re a woman seeking self-discovery, a man learning new ways to process and communicate emotions, or a child building coping skills and self-esteem, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you toward a life of deeper understanding and freedom.
Multi-state licensed clinician working with kids to overcome bullying, increase self esteem and build resilience. Summer hours are outside at the Clubhouse in my community where we can access games, create challenges, and talk openly. Parents are able to stay onsite. I actively work to prevent suicide, strengthen parental bond and reduce anxiety. I am able to talk to teachers and provide full assessments.
The LOVE Principle sums up my vocation in trauma work and therapy. L.o.v.e means 4 things:
Listen
Observe
Validate
Encourage
That's my approach. I connect the dots as to why you feel and think the way you do.

Welcome! I’m Dr. Judge, a psychotherapist specializing in women’s mental health. If you’ve been carrying the emotional weight of motherhood, relationships, or simply trying to hold everything together, I want you to know you are not alone. I understand the words "I'm tired of being strong!" I offer a safe, compassionate, faith-centered space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin healing.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring personal understanding shaped by marriage, divorce, motherhood, and the heartbreak of miscarriage. I know life can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and overwhelmed by pain no one else fully sees. I believe God meets us tenderly in those hardest moments and restores our strength. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and renewed in mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in working with women who often appear capable, organized, and “on top of things” externally, while internally feeling anxious, emotionally drained, and overwhelmed. Many of the women I work with are balancing the invisible mental load of motherhood, work, and relationships while quietly struggling with burnout, identity loss, loneliness.
In our work together, I help you slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Many women arrive feeling constantly “on” mental overload, emotionally depleted, or unable to rest.
A central focus of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself. Therapy becomes a space where you no longer have to ignore your own needs or carry everything by yourself. Together, we explore who you are now, what you need, and how to create a life that feels more peaceful, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling. Therapy with me is a supportive space where you are deeply seen, heard, and cared for. You do not have to keep struggling alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
hat drew me to a career in therapy was a deep desire to support women carrying the invisible weight of trauma, emotional wounds, and survival. I exclusively work with women ages 30 and older navigating Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, emotional neglect, abusive relationships, complicated relationships with parents, family dysfunction, and generational trauma. Many women I work with have spent years in survival mode—people-pleasing, emotionally overwhelmed, hypervigilant, disconnected from themselves, and struggling with deep feelings of shame or unworthiness rooted in early experiences.
I believe trauma does not only impact thoughts and emotions; it also affects the nervous system and the body. Chronic trauma can leave the nervous system stuck in patterns of fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown, making it difficult to feel safe, connected, emotionally regulated, or fully present. The vagus nerve plays an important role in how we experience safety, emotional regulation, and connection within relationships. Much of my work focuses on helping women understand how trauma has impacted their nervous system while creating space for healing and regulation to occur both emotionally and physically.
I integrate Brainspotting, IFS-informed therapy, Empty Chair work, and Person-Centered approaches to support deeper emotional processing and reconnection with the self. Healing is not simply about coping—it is about reclaiming your voice, rebuilding trust within yourself, setting healthy boundaries, and breaking generational cycles. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where women feel deeply seen, understood, empowered, and no longer defined by the trauma they have endured.
Your experiences, ideas, and perceptions are important to me. No matter what issue you are
seeking help with, I am here to listen and guide you on a path that is specific to you and your needs. I am a down-to-earth, gentle, and kind person who wants to learn about what you’re going through in your own words. Your experiences and aspirations are at the heart of the work we will do together.
If you are looking for a therapist who cares to see the real you and is genuinely interested in
helping you find a path that suits your needs, I would love to have the opportunity to speak with you.
I've got 14 years of experience in outpatient therapy. I enjoy working with people who feel like they are giving therapy one last try because they have not had much luck before. I enjoy working with people who have chronic mental illness which seems like they are stuck with maintaining their progress. I am more than willing and able to work with anybody who is ready to give it a try!
