Hi, I’m Jessica Shivers, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 13 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges.
My passion for helping others began in the 11th grade when I took my first psychology class. I became fascinated by how people grow, heal, and overcome difficult experiences. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and major life transitions while creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.
