Hello, I'm Erika. I hold a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a B.A. from Park University in Parkville, Missouri.
My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered, utilizing various theoretical interventions to guide and treat each client uniquely. My varied work experiences include serving the community as a Child Protective Investigator with the Department of Children and Families, a Juvenile Probation Officer with the Department of Juvenile Justice, and a Discharge Planner/Mental Health Tech, and Utilization Review Specialist within a Psychiatric Crisis Stabilization Unit. I have provided outpatient, inpatient, IOP, PHP, individual, couples, family, and group therapy at both mental health community centers and addiction residential treatment facilities. Additionally, I have participated in both Drug Court and Mental Health Court practicing forensic psychology.
Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations (youngest 5 years old and oldest 94), young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 would be better served in an office setting, in my opinion.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 35 years now, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Duquesne University and then Marywood University. As a counselor/therapist I work with adults as they navigate the anxieties of life and relationships. I help persons identify and assess the thinking/thoughts that bother them and interrupt their relationships with their family or at their work. I have studied and used different therapeutic approaches to support persons at different stages of growth.
I am a licensed therapist with more than 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, adjustment difficulty, identity development, trauma, suicidal/self-harm behaviors, relationship issues, religious and spirituality-related issues, aging, chronic pain, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I have successfully worked with teens, adolescents, and adults and have enjoyed working with these populations, in different settings: home, shelter, detention, and in college. I enjoy working with clients respectfully and compassionately while attending to their goals. I am an experienced telehealth and in-person provider.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy, a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, a Master’s degree in Education, a Master’s degree in English, and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. In addition to state licensure, I am a National Board-Certified Therapist. I was a recipient of an academic excellence award in graduate school and have had the opportunity to present a paper at a university conference-American Studies Association of Texas. I have also been a university keynote speaker on Spirituality and Counseling. I am eclectic in approach. These include the utilization of person-centered, choice therapy, existential psychology frameworks, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, among others.
I am a licensed therapist with many years of experience in different situations. I have worked in private practice, group practices, community mental health and corrections. My areas of strength are with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationships and helping clients with their general sense of life struggles. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches while trying to match my clients with what works for them and what they feel comfortable in utilizing.
Thank you for making it this far, I am Sabrina Taylor, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am licensed to provide counseling by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. I earned my Masters degree at Argosy University, Los Angeles in Counseling Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy.
As your therapist it is important for you to know that I am a practicing Christian and deeply rooted in my faith. I believe that one’s faith can be a source of strength while navigating difficult times. I can offer a Christian perspective in conjunction with evidence based therapeutic interventions if this is something you will find helpful. My goal is not to force my beliefs or practices onto you as I practice from a non-judgmental stance. I am here to walk with you in what may seem your darkest moment and to offer you a safe place to address issues that are keeping you from living your best life. My life's journey of helping others is a valuable and meaningful pursuit that hopefully enriches the lives of others. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey and playing a supportive role in this.

Anxiety & Sleeplessness
Fear, insomnia, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we work towards increasing sleep time, decreasing panic or anxiety attacks or symptoms, fully understanding where overwhelming emotions stem from, and how to move towards being your best self.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both partners and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Trauma and Healing
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post-traumatic events. We work together through these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

From a young age, I’ve been drawn to people—their stories, their emotions, and the quiet places where they carry their pain.
After experiencing my own seasons of grief and change, I realized how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you through it. Becoming a therapist felt less like a decision and more like a calling to offer the support I once needed myself.

I spent nine years on the Boulder Crisis Team, providing psychiatric evaluations in ERs, jails, and walk-in clinics, which taught me how to stay calm and effective in moments of distress. In our work together, we’ll use both insight and skills — helping you understand the roots of your struggle while learning concrete ways to regulate emotions, change unhelpful patterns, and create a more meaningful, resilient life.

Hello, I'm Amanda. For over 20 years I've walked alongside people through every kind of mental health journey—from crisis moments in psychiatric hospitals to steady, hopeful growth in outpatient settings.
My favorite thing is helping adults rediscover their strength, heal old wounds, and build lives that feel lighter and more joyful. I bring a calm, creative, down-to-earth energy to every conversation.
I'm also a mom, grandma, and wife—balancing real life just like you do. Those experiences help me truly connect with people from every background and walk of life.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, quick to anger, or frustrated in your relationships — you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with feel like something just isn’t working, but they can’t quite explain why. Often, these struggles come from early experiences where emotions were ignored, dismissed, or too much for the adults around us to handle.
As children, we learn fast: if expressing emotions doesn’t feel safe or accepted, we push them down. Over time, that emotional disconnection can turn into anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or anger that feels hard to control.
My work focuses on helping you understand where these patterns come from and how to shift them. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that feels heavy, anger that shows up too fast, or relationship challenges that keep repeating — we’ll work together to untangle the deeper story and build healthier ways of coping, connecting, and feeling.
This isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been shut down for too long.

Since 2012, I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives. Life can be complicated and having someone in your corner can ease fears and worries while allowing for growth and healing. My passion as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is working with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma and difficult times. As a wife, mom, grandmother, and dog mom, I also enjoy assisting family and friends in reaching their goals. I will be here to encourage you, support you and validate you.
I know making the decision to come to therapy can be difficult, scary and leave you feeling vulnerable but taking that first step is the key to unlocking the door towards becoming your best self. You are the true expert of yourself and often just need additional encouragement to identify and explore areas that are no longer working.
Vulnerability, shame, and guilt can prevent you from seeking the help and support you need to find solace in your head, heart and life. I am a daughter of Veteran and wife of a fire fighter. I know personally the stigmas and stressors that come along with seeking treatment. I have a deep understanding and love of the firefighting, EMT, and paramedic communities. Break those chains that keep you from seeking, happiness, forgiveness, healing, and serenity. One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Having a good grasp of the very real issues with which first responders must face and handle on a daily basis I will help you navigate the issues and memories that haunt you and find real, lasting solutions for long term healing.
I promise I won't bite, but I am a loud Bostonian haha! Allow me to walk and guide you on your path to uncovering and rediscovering who you are and what you already know but struggling to see.
You're exhausted from carrying everyone's emotions and wondering when someone will hold space for yours. You've mastered the art of being strong for others, reading the room, offering wisdom, holding space. But beneath that strength is a quiet fatigue, a longing to be seen without needing to explain, fix, or perform. As a licensed therapist and exhorter, I guide spiritually attuned, emotionally sensitive individuals into deeper healing, where your voice is no longer muted, your emotions are no longer sidelined, and your presence is no longer diluted to make others comfortable.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been in practice for over 20 years. Before becoming a therapist I was an executive in Tech, and have experience in Corporate America as well as being a mental health professional. I know how hard it can be to balance a career with family life and still have time for yourself. I have specialized experience in trauma, abuse, and anxiety and and am also a hypnotherapist. I specialize in rapid results giving you tools to change your situation quickly in an emotionally painless way.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in AZ. I also hold licenses in MI, PA and TX. I graduated from Messiah University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been working in the field for 8 years. I really enjoy working with couples and families, but am always humbled and honored to walk through a challenging time with any client(s).
I am passionate about helping individuals reclaim their sense of safety, self-worth, and hope after experiencing physical, emotional or psychological abuse. My work focuses on supporting those impacted by domestic abuse and coercive control, as well as individuals navigating the long-term effects of trauma. Whether you’re a survivor of an abusive relationship, grew up in a controlling environment, or are struggling to understand patterns of emotional manipulation, you don’t have to face it alone. Healing from trauma takes courage, and my role is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your voice and story truly matter.
I am a licensed therapist with over 23 years of experience helping teens and families navigate social anxiety, ADHD, and autism spectrum challenges. I specialize in working with bright but overwhelmed adolescents who struggle with emotional regulation, executive functioning, and social confidence.
Many of the teens I see are intelligent and capable, yet anxiety, procrastination, or social misunderstandings interfere with school and relationships. What may look like defiance or lack of motivation is often overwhelm. I help teens understand how their brain works so they can stop seeing themselves as broken and start building practical skills.
My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and structured executive functioning strategies. I focus on helping teens manage anxious thoughts, improve follow-through, strengthen emotional control, and build authentic social confidence. Sessions are supportive but goal-oriented. I believe teens benefit from both empathy and clear direction.
Parents are an important part of the process. I provide guidance on reducing power struggles, responding effectively to anxiety-driven avoidance, and creating structure that works for ADHD and autism. My goal is not only symptom reduction, but long-term growth and independence.
I am committed to helping families move from frustration and tension toward clarity, confidence, and steadiness.
I am a board-certified therapist in Arizona and Illinois with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy, which honors the unique reasons each client has for beginning their therapeutic journey.
My work is grounded in openness, empathy, and respect for your individual experience. I strive to create an environment where you can show up as you are, feel genuinely supported, and begin to make sense of what you are carrying. My role is to offer both compassionate presence and practical guidance as you move toward the changes that matter most to you.
I view therapy as a shared process built on trust and collaboration. Together, we will identify your goals, strengthen helpful skills, and deepen insight in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. I am committed to adapting our work to fit you, not the other way around.
Meet Mike Arieta, LICSW
Hello and welcome. I’m Mike Arieta, a licensed clinical social worker with nearly three decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and teens through life’s most complex challenges. Since 1995, I’ve worked across diverse settings—from foster care and homelessness to adoption and refugee support—and have been practicing clinically since 2011.
My therapeutic approach is body-based and trauma-informed. I believe our bodies often speak before our minds can make sense of what we’re feeling. This philosophy guides my work with clients navigating trauma, PTSD, and transitions that require deep emotional resilience. I integrate movement-based and somatic strategies to help clients reconnect with themselves and their communities.
Currently, I’m completing my Doctor of Social Work degree at Tulane University, where my research focuses on trauma recovery and evidence-informed practices that foster healing. I also hold advanced training in adoption competence and provide support to foster youth, adoptive families, and caregivers navigating complex systems.
Therapy, for me, is a collaborative journey. I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they reclaim their stories, build strength, and move toward meaningful change. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my work—I look forward to connecting with you.
