With a master’s degree in counseling and advanced training in Grief and Loss Therapy, Integrative Health and Lifestyle Coaching, Certified Personal Training, and Functional Aging, I bring a whole-person perspective to every session.

Jamie was very easy to talk to and felt she really gave me space to speak. She listened intently, summarized what she heard and gave constructive feedback I could think about. I didn't feel rushed at all which I appreciate. I thoroughly enjoyed our first session today and look forward to our next meeting.
