Hi! I am a licenses Professional Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in California.I received my Masters degree from Walden University and I have been practicing for over a year. My passion is to help individuals with mental health issues manage their symptoms and live as a normal life as they can .
In our first session together,we will start with brief introductions and then dive into the specific challenges that you are currently facing .This will help us create and tailor a personal plan for you that will allow you to manage your symptoms .
Having been working in the mental health field for over 10 years,I treat every person as an individual with special attention and love to focus on individualized care. I work with you to identify your strengths and root cause of your challenges and work together to develop and strategy to handle the challenges
I love working with patients from all walks of life and with all sorts of mental illness. I have experience working with pts with depression,bipolar,ADHD,Anxiety,eating disorders and also from all age groups including adolescents and the elderly. I meet clients where they are and help them believe in themselves.

She is very understanding the best psychiatrist I have had so far and I am going to be consistent with her and the goals that need to me made . I love how sweet and caring she is and how she takes everything of my symptoms very serious

Amazing in so many ways. I have many things out of my control in my life going sideways and just having a dependable resource like Lydia, who goes straight for solutions without judgement is an absolute gift.
