Hi there, I'm Autumn Webb a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. Do you feel pulled like life is moving faster than you can think or breathe? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and responsibilities? Is it difficult to find ways to cope with the everyday stressors of life? I help individuals better manage stress and heal from the pain of their past. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to center, a place where you are not overcome with anxiety. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe everyone has the power to create positive change in their lives, even though the journey can be challenging. I’m committed to providing a supportive, collaborative environment, using an humanistic and cognitive behavioral approach enriched with Mindfulness skills. Let’s work together to make your path to change smoother and more fulfilling.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

As a humanistic stye therapist I enjoy empowering clients to explore different areas of their lives to gain a better understanding of who they are. My goal is to create a safe, non judgmental space where client can feel like they can be their authentic selves.

Narrative

Let tell and explore your story! From a narrative approach, I help empower clients to share and learn more about themselves by telling their story

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our thoughts can be very powerful and can shape how we approach different areas of our lives. From a CBT approach I help client to build a better awareness of their maladaptive thoughts and work through them to develop a more positive outlook.

Mind-body approach

The mind and body are connected! When we learn to utilize them together it can help us to develop a better self awareness about how different aspects of lives can affect us.
