What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. I will take my time to listen to you and to know you. I will work with you to develop a plan of care that is relevant to your needs then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a dually board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 10 years experience in caring for patients with diverse health conditions. I am compassionate about your overall health and I dedicate the time to accomplish that.
