Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker better known as your friendly neighborhood Therapist. I have been practicing for 8 years and specialize in crisis response. I help people who feel hopeless, helpless and can’t see a way out. My approach is simple, honest and straightforward.

First session
In our first session together, we will begin with brief introduction and dive into specific challenges you are facing to better develop a tailored treatment plan.

I work with adult clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about life stressors. I help increase your insight, identify triggers and promote healthy and positive coping skills to better manage.

Strength-Based
There is always strengths in a person even if you are not aware of them and I will work with you to highlight and underscore yours.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Thoughts are very powerful and correlate with behavior. Thoughts can be medicinal and as effective as medicine.
Faith-based therapy
Faith is a component of a well rounded treatment and should be incorporated into treatment to maximize wellbeing.
Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic or insight oriented therapy stems from upbringing and how thoughts, behaviors, communication and interactions are programmed in you from a young age. Sometimes those patterns can be maladaptive but fear not because what is learned can be unlearned.
