Hi there, I'm Seon We all indeed face difficulties at some point in our lives. No one is exempt from these difficulties. Everyone needs assistance in overcoming these difficulties to be able to have a meaningful and successful life journey and to share the joy with others. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2005. Graduated from Pepperdine University with a Master's Degree in Psychology and Clinical Psychology. With clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, I had experience working with a variety of mental health issues, including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, ADHD, abuse, and other mental disorders, and have given individual, family, and group therapy to children, adults, and geriatrics. To understand clients, I take a holistic approach. A biopsychosocial perspective is taken with clients and a spiritual approach is taken with religious clients if they are willing to work their concerns with faith-based. I'm here to help you! Let's make a new habit and a success!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

As a result of sessions with me, clients can expect healing, comfort, enthusiasm, willpower, insights, and the importance of self-care to be taken away. One of my previous clients told me, "She really cares for her patients!" Another client commented, "I would like to thank Seon Park for her excellent assistance. She listens carefully and understands what I'm going through. She doesn't judge and knows exactly what to say to improve my situation."

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use techniques based on the client's strengths. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles. I will draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to create a custom treatment plan tailored to the individual needs of the clients.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am compassionate, caring, and a reflective listener and work based on the client's strengths. I believe that strengths can move forward clients to have meaningful lives and succeed in their relationships with themselves, with family members, and with work performance. If clients have religious beliefs, spiritual integration is important.
