Hello, I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I have been helping patient for over 20 years thought not all those years was as a psychologist. I became a psychologist because I felt it provided me with the most avenues to assist others to rise above the challenges in their lives and become the best version of themselves. I love helping others move into a future that is bright with possibilities.
First session
The first session is about starting to build that initial connection, beginning of trust and sense of safety that will allow you to share anything. You will get to ask me questions and I will ask you a number of questions for the sole purpose of understanding you better. We will begin to explore the life challenges you are facing then work together to define the goals or possible goals you want to achieve and how can I serve you.

Over the years that I have been practicing I have refined using a calm, personable, non--judgmental, eclectic approach to therapy that helps patient to identify, define, and restructure challenges hat are stopping them from being the very best that they can be; opening up a path way to their brightest future.
Ideal clients
Due to my years of experience and a non-judgmental approach I can help those with many different challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexual abuse, chronic illness, chronic pain, LGBQTIA and life transitions.

I have been helping patient for over 20 years. My approach to therapy is a good fit for adults of all ages. The modalities/methods I use vary on the needs of the patient as they are all unique individuals though I do teach a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Skills as I find they are helpful to many patients no matter the challenges they are dealing with.
