I am a licensed professional clinical counselor serving adolescents and adults in the bay area. I believe that we all possess the strengths we need to tackle our issues, but sometimes we need help bringing these strengths to the surface. My goal is to empower my clients and help them discover their amazing potential. I provide a warm, safe space for clients to feel comfortable identifying, exploring, and replacing the problematic thoughts and behaviors that have kept them from living their most valued life.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I love working with individuals, couples, or families who need help working through their issues. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives.
