My goal is to empower my clients and help them discover their amazing potential.

I provide a warm, safe space for clients to feel comfortable identifying, exploring, and replacing the problematic thoughts and behaviors that have kept them from living their most valued life.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I love working with individuals, couples, or families who need help working through their issues. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives.
