My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for moms and parents to explore their thoughts and feelings, and to develop the tools and strategies necessary to navigate the ups and downs of parenthood. With a compassionate and strengths-based approach, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals and priorities, and develop a personalized plan for achieving them. My ultimate goal is to help moms and parents feel empowered, resilient, and confident in their ability to care for themselves and their families.
In the first session, we will discuss briefly the intake forms you filled and then will dive in. We will spend time on what your current struggles are and what you want out of therapy. This will help us create a treatment plan that is best for you!
