I have a deep desire and passion for those struggling with PTSD, Childhood trauma, relationship conflicts, and self-esteem. I am trained in EMDR, DETur, and brain-spotting. I have a strong love and connection for people; I’m focused on change, acceptance, and helping people be the best version of themselves. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space where you can be free and feel anything and everything that you need to.

The first session is building a rapport. Allowing you to take me on your experiences and journey.
