I am a Licensed marriage and family therapist in San Diego, CA. I’m a trauma therapist who utilizes different modalities such as inner child work, brain spotting, and EMDR. I specialize in PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationships, attachment styles, self-esteem building, and substance abuse. I have a deep desire and passion for those struggling with PTSD, Childhood trauma, relationship conflicts, and self-esteem. I am trained in EMDR, DETur, and brain-spotting. I have a strong love and connection for people; I’m focused on change, acceptance, and helping people be the best version of themselves. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space where you can be free and feel anything and everything that you need to.
The first session is building a rapport. Allowing you to take me on your experiences and journey.
I really care about people; I am human and I'm not afraid to by myself. I can laugh with you, hold space when you need it, and be your number one support.
You will receive my heart the minute I meet you. Once you're in my office, you have my full attention. This space becomes yours; it's your journey, and I am your co-pilot. I'm a real person, you will get truth, validation, directness, and all the support you need. I have a soft tone, yet I am assertive. When I can push you, I will. I watch what you need physically and mentally.
