I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist working in the therapy field for 30 years. I am committed to liberating people from their past and empowering them to step into a loving, happy, abundant life. I loving working with people from all walks of life and seeing them grow into happy and healthy individuals. My specialty is working with individuals who struggle with panic attacks, anxiety and trauma. I also work with relationship issues, depression, OCD, ADHD and grief. I am primarily an EMDR therapist as EMDR is so effective in treating Trauma as well as a variety of other issues. I believe healing is possible for everyone and that we all can reach our goals. I look forward to working with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will get to know each other. I will take a thorough history of what you have been struggling with and we will set goals to help meet your treatment needs so you can have the best possible success.

I have been in the mental health field for a very long time. I use an empathetic approach to get to the root of the issue. My goal for you is to be successful in tacking lives issues and to go forward with confidence and new tools to help you on your way.

I love working with individuals who are dealing anxiety, panic attacks and trauma. My main approach to therapy is EMDR which is an effective way to reduce trauma and increase satisfaction with life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy assists the person in reducing issues they are struggling with including trauma, anxiety and depression. This is an effective well researched method of therapy that is extremely helpful in reducing mental health symptoms.
