Hi! I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in California. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and received my Ph.D. from Walden University in 2021. I specialize in helping children and adolescents with a variety of mental health conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, and anger.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, discuss specific challenges your child or adolescent is facing and develop specific treatment goals. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

With over a decade of experience in the child mental health field, I know the importance of family and other natural supports to the well-being of children and adolescents. I believe in an integrated approach to mental health where my job is not just to provide individual treatment, but also to coordinate with children's existing systems like primary care physicians, teachers, schools, and other natural supports to improve children's functioning. I am structured in my treatment and will help patients I work with develop measurable goals and strategies to meet those goals.
