New clients continue care with this provider

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Masters degree from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology. I enjoy working with individuals struggling with their mental health and looking to change, grow, and improve their overall quality of life. I enjoy helping my clients become more self-aware and in-tune with themselves, then gently challenging them to learn and grow through difficulties, and become the best version of themselves

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I take a very "client-centered" approach when it comes to therapy with my clients, which simply means I like to cater to each individual client's needs and concerns. In our first session together, we will spend some time getting to know you, your therapy needs, and your goals. As we progress through your therapy journey, we will "dig deeper" into some aspects of your past and life to see if anything else is effecting your daily functioning.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with everyone from "at-risk" youth, to individuals in higher levels of care (PHP and IOP), and individuals with anxiety, depression, high stress, relational issues, etc. I will always work my hardest and do my best to help my client through their personal issues and help them live fulfilling lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with self-motivated teens and young adults. My clients often times struggle with everything from anxiety and depression, relational issues, bipolar disorder, life stressors, difficulty with healthy boundaries, and more sever mental health issues. I'm happy to do my best in helping clients work through these issues and explore healthy coping skills, so they can live happier and healthier lives
