With a doctorate in clinical psychology and over a decade of experience, I'm deeply passionate about helping people build resilience, connect with their inner strengths, and find clarity and purpose in their lives.

My approach is humanistic and grounded in empathy. I draw from evidenced-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help you build meaningful coping strategies and reach your personal goals.
I specialize in supporting individuals who are facing anxiety, depression, insomnia, grief, and the emotional impact of medical conditions. I welcome adults of all ages into my practice, and I find special joy in working with both younger and older adults.
