Ideal clients
I am best positioned to support adults and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions, and who are open to understanding how their mental health impacts their daily functioning, relationships, and overall quality of life. My ideal clients are motivated for change—even if they feel stuck—and are seeking clarity, stability, and practical strategies to move forward. Many are high-functioning individuals who may appear “okay” on the outside but are internally overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, or struggling to stay focused and consistent. I work well with individuals who are open to medication management as part of their treatment plan, while also valuing supportive, solution-focused conversations that promote insight, accountability, and progress. My approach is collaborative, educational, and goal-oriented. I help clients better understand their symptoms, develop realistic coping strategies, and build sustainable routines that support long-term mental wellness.
