I am a licensed mental health therapist and have been practicing for 12 years. I love working with clients of all backgrounds and I primarily see my clients through teletherapy. I have experience in working with clients from children through adult ages. I have seen clients in person and through teletherapy. I am comfortable working with a wide range of therapy goals that my clients have. I started with working for a state agency and have since grown into my own private practice. I enjoy specializing in tools to help my clients to resolve their trauma so that they can live successful lives.
As an experienced therapist, I understand how difficult it can be to find resources to help those who are suffering from issues such as anxiety, depression, past trauma, abuse, forming and maintaining healthy relationships, etc. These issues can be difficult and I work on creating a collaborative relationship with my clients to help them have the tools they need to overcome some of these different roadblocks that are experienced in life.
I work with my client to help them navigate the obstacles that are impeding on the life they want to live. One of the tools that I have found very successful for my clients is through EMDR. This is a research based therapeutic tool to help clients overcome the issues going on and create the life they are wanting to live. Everyone faces obstacles and has struggles in life.
