Hi, I'm an extensively trained clinician with regard to trauma (PE, EMDR, CPT, TfCBT, and DBT) and mood disorders. I am heavily focused on social and racial justice as well. Unconditional, genuine acceptance is my calling card. So, the main question: what do you have to GAIN, not lose? Right?. Being real: therapy takes courage. Equally as real, therapy brings results. I have had the privilege of supporting numerous people find their way from pain and suffering to growth and hope. Radical change and healing is VERY possible, I promise. Let's talk... I am well-versed in clinically proven interventions that expedite your healing. I focus on practical solutions that match your comfort and pace. I find one of the major topics in care is personal empowerment. My goal is always to help your sense of self and authenticity grow. Often blending CBT, DBT, EMDR skills in with what you naturally bring with your Narrative. I offer accessible telehealth options with video virtual offerings as the main service. Telephone can be supportive to video sessions.
