Hello, I am here to help! What is on your mind? Are you dealing with an event that is stressful? Are you feeling overwhelmed? Maybe you want to sort through a difficult situation? Some of the very common themes individuals come to therapy for include sadness, anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, and so much more. Many people wish to get help processing a particular event. Others wish to better understand themselves. Together, we will be able to tackle the barriers that may be in the way of you living your best life. There are various techniques and exercises from different therapeutic models to draw from. Everyone is different and I consider an eclectic approach to work best. I look forward to meeting you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After our first session, you can expect to feel more focused, as we will begin to explore goals and objectives. Between sessions, you will have the option to work on a particular goal utilizing different tools and techniques. In the sessions to follow, together we will process your successes. We also will determine what isn’t working so well.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I draw from different approaches including but not limited to Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative and Psychodynamic. The techniques and interventions can range from journal writing to mindfulness exercises. It’s all tailored to what is best for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is making your time a collaborative experience. I invite feedback and feel strongly about creating a safe space for you to speak freely and without judgement.
