I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of California with over 15 years experience serving clients from all walks of life who desire to heal from adversity, relationship issues, grief & loss, anxiety, trauma & stress across the lifespan. I am currently offering Telehealth therapy for adults (18yrs and older) residing in the state of California. I have focused my practice on virtual therapy only (using HIPAA compliant video software), allowing you to participate in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office. First session
Everyone's story is unique, and every person deserves an individualized approach to treatment. Initially, I will provide you with a comprehensive psychological intake evaluation where we will determine the best treatment plan for your presenting problems. Clients appreciate my professional training and areas of expertise as well as my open, curious, and authentic approach to therapy. We will work collaboratively to create an evidence-based, individually tailored and integrative approach to therapy considering your unique needs, values and goals. I support individuals to look at all aspects of their lives - the physical, sexual, social/relational, professional, spiritual, nutritional, sleep and lifestyle habits as these have proven to greatly impact overall well-being and mental health.
Strengths
While I am trained and capable of treating a wide variety of mental health related symptoms and disorders, I'm clinically specialized and passionate about working with highly-stressed professionals, entrepreneurs & executives needing support around managing burnout, finding their unique balance and fulfillment in life & working through imposter syndrome. I truly enjoy working with adults struggling to navigate big life transitions and seeking growth and healing in their lives. I also provide CBT sex therapy related to desire, arousal, orgasm & pain with intercourse. I possess strong multicultural competence as a result of working with diverse patient populations throughout my career including LGBTQIA+ clients. I am also completely fluent and able to provide psychotherapy in Spanish.
