Erica Christensen
My name is Erica Christensen, I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I specialize in supporting clients as they navigate emotional challenges and life transitions. My approach helps clients build self-acceptance, set healthy boundaries, and heal from past trauma—all while working through anxiety, depression, and patterns that no longer serve them.
I also work with many clients navigating ADHD, offering practical tools and compassionate support to manage overwhelm, improve focus, and create more structure in daily life.

First session
The first session is a chance to go over some of the basics of therapy, explain the process, and ask clients what they are hoping for out of the experience. We would spend time getting to know each other and answering any questions to make sure that I am the right therapist to meet their needs before we begin the journey of working together.
Strengths
My communication style includes direct and challenging techniques rooted in humanistic principles tailored to each individual's needs. Clients who work with me feel connected, understood, able to be themselves, and allow for change to occur.
Ideal clients
My approach is a blend of direct and mindfulness-based therapy that aims to boost confidence, foster self-esteem, and provide tools to manage stress. Together, we'll journey towards healing past traumas and nurturing relationships, ultimately guiding you towards becoming the best version of yourself.
