Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California with 13 years of experience working with children, adults, couples, and families. I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, foster care, medical office, and community agencies which has given me the opportunity to work with an array client populations. I am trained in trauma focused CBT, Solution focused, and grief therapy. I use a holistic approach with includes identifying maladaptive coping and distorted thinking and finding skills to help improve daily functioning, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and improve interpersonal relationships. I tailor each treatment to meet your specific needs and look forward to working with you to develop an effective treatment plan.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is critical to building the therapeutic relationship which has been shown to be the most determinate factor in treatment success. In the first session, I will explore current symptoms and what you are expecting to get out of treatment. Getting to know you, ensuring you feel heard and collaborating with you to create a plan that you understand and agree with is of utmost importance to me.
