Greetings to you and all
With a wish for good health and peace in your life.
My name is Sherby John. I have been working and learning along this journey, we call life, just as you have.
It can be a journey filled with joy and struggle. Have you reached a point where it seems there is more struggle than joy or feel stuck in the muck that seems to only get deeper or harder to transgress?
Then maybe it is time to find new paths and options by having a guide on this journey. Therapy can be a vehicle for change and development of workable tools to assist in continuing with this journey. Whether you are dealing with Depression, Life changes, Anxiety, Relationships, Trauma, or a new medical or mental health diagnosis, therapy can be a useful mechanism for support, discernment, and information.
I would like to provide you with a safe and welcoming environment and space to relieve yourself of these stressors through working on alternatives to current reactions to triggers or stressors in the way of continuing your journey, your way and at your own pace.
Come in.
Lets Talk.
Lets get to work.

Hi, I’m Abel. I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life — not just in focus and productivity, but in emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. But what surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD impacts relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe therapy for ADHD has to go beyond productivity — it has to address how ADHD affects the people you love most.
As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. I also know how relationships require vulnerability, balance, and teamwork. My wife and I work hard at our own marriage, especially in navigating ADHD together. That lived experience shapes the way I support couples and men in therapy: with honesty, compassion, and strategies that work in the real world.
I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth challenges after years of being overweight. Through hard work, I reached a healthy weight and learned firsthand how self-care directly strengthens self-worth. This experience fuels my commitment to helping clients build healthier, more grounded relationships with themselves.
Hi there. I'm Abigail McNeely. I am the owner of Wellspring Behavioral Health, founded in 1998, and collaborate with Grow to offer therapy to people like you. Visit my website at www.ibwell.com to learn a bit more about Wellspring.
Let me tell you a little about me. I received my Doctor of Psychology from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a Master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Texas in Austin. In addition to graduate coursework, I completed a neuropsychological practicum at Austin State Hospital, a health psychology internship at The Everett Clinic in Everett Washington, and a counseling internship at New Life Institute in Austin, Texas. I approach therapy as a teacher, coach, and cheerleader. My perspective is holistic; that is, I see us as whole beings and believe therapy is best when we remember to acknowledge our complexity.
I started my career as a paramedic in Florida, and Texas. Working in EMS with sick and injured people prompted a great interest in the underlying psychological elements that drive us as humans. I learned then that how we respond to difficulties shapes how we endure and recover. I was and am truly amazed at the strength and resilience of people! The privilege of joining with others as they face their challenges has enriched me and I want to share that with you.
In my downtime, I like to hike, camp, play with my pups, love on my cats, and watch the world go by.

I am an LPC offering therapy to children, teens and adults. I believe it very important to understand how our past shapes and influences our present choices. I believe we see and relate to the world the way we were shaped from an early age. Knowing who we are and how we see and perceive the world helps us understand and relate better to ourselves and others.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with three years of independent clinical experience and over ten years of experience in human services, case management, vocational rehabilitation services, and working at inpatient and outpatient clinical therapy offices.
I have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Ohio University, a masters degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health counseling from UNC-Chapel Hill, and a bachelors of science degree in psychology from North Carolina State University.
I chose to get a PhD in counseling because of my desire to help others, and my continuous drive to learn and grow. Therapy was essential to me as a teenager, then as a young adult, and now as a middle-aged adult. I have always found it to be a powerful tool in allowing me to process my thoughts and feelings, both about my past and my future. As a result, I chose to become a therapist, to provide the same support and guidance to the people I work with!
My name is Tim Whistine. I am a 64-year-old Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving clients via teletherapy in the States of Louisiana (Lic# 6304) and Texas (Lic #87356). I have served 45 years as a licensed Christian minister, so I feel like I have a wealth of life experience to bring to each session to help my clients with. I don't know everything. Life, however, has taught me a lot.
I am currently married to my one and only sweet wife of 35 years, and we have successfully raised one adult, independent daughter. We are very grateful for her.
I am very empathic, fun at times, and have been told I'm a very good listener.
Let me join with you on your journey toward wholeness and happiness.
Hi! I'm a licensed counselor in Florida (LMHC), Texas (LPC-Supervisor), and Utah (LCMHC). With over a decade of experience, my journey in mental health began with a passion for helping individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve their fullest potential.
Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to continuous learning and professional development. I have specialized training in trauma-informed therapies, which allows me to provide compassionate and effective support to clients who have experienced trauma. Understanding the profound impact trauma can have on an individual's life, I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their experiences and find healing.
In addition to my work with individuals, I have a deep commitment to helping couples strengthen their relationships. I am trained in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on building strong, healthy relationships. Using this method, I assist couples in navigating and healing from betrayals, enhancing their communication, and fostering a deeper connection. Witnessing couples transform their relationships and rediscover trust and intimacy is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about self-care and mindfulness. I often incorporate these practices into my therapy sessions, empowering clients to develop their own self-care routines. I believe that a holistic approach to mental health, which includes attention to physical, emotional, and mental well-being, is essential for achieving lasting positive change.
Whether working with individuals or couples, my goal is to help my clients build resilience, find balance, and lead fulfilling lives. By providing a supportive and empathetic space, I strive to guide my clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth.
