I am a Doctor of Professional Counseling, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I obtained my training from the Houston Graduate School of Theology in 2014 and have been practicing Professional Counseling ever since. My specialty is in counseling couples, but I also help individuals who are struggling with divorce, anxiety, depression, stress, mood disorders, work-related stressors, and a variety of other mental health issues. I have experience working in private practice and have been involved with Inpatient/outpatient/IOP/PHP programs. My areas of expertise include CBT, DBT, MI, couples counseling, Gottman Theory, and Race-based therapies. I am also experienced in LGBTQ and Multi-Cultural counseling. In my free time, I enjoy ballroom dancing, doing hair, traveling, and socializing outside of the behavioral health care field.
