Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22yrs of experience working with individuals from all walks of life, and I love working with individuals in helping them with life challenges and barriers to their happiness and living their best life. My strengths include being a good listener, starting where the client is in their life, helping them to change the things that no longer serve them well.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will be getting to know each other and their expectations for therapy. I look forward to it.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My approach to therapy is very eclectic and I have worked in many different settings to include; Addiction setting, Psychiatric Acute Care, Community Mental Health with adults and children, as well as older adults. I feel that a good strength that I have is that I am a good listener, and that I want my client's to feel empowered, and that they were heard during our sessions.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My approach to therapy and the clients that I feel best at serving are those individuals that want to make changes in their life and will take the steps for change. Meeting with me is the first step.
