I specialize in ERP, CBT and ACT Therapy. I treat OCD, anxiety, depression and other anxiety based diagnoses. ERP has been shown to be the most effective treatment for OCD as well as other anxiety disorders. Im dedicated to helping others recover from overwhelming OCD symptoms, anxiety, depression and other lasting effects from past and present traumas, so you can be you again.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of the best ways that any therapist can help you is by teaching you how to manage through anxiety with exposure therapy (ERP). ERP is one of the best therapeutic approaches when in comes to moving your life forward. ERP is a technique, once learned, that you can take with you all throughout your life and find you every time life gets to be too much to bare.

I just had my first session with April. She was easy to talk to and friendly. I have issues leaving the house and cleaning. April was great helping to identify issues. At the end of the session, we had plan. April has inspired me to stretch myself and overcome my irrational fears. April and I are a good match I feel comfortable with her. I feel there is hope. April is great!
