Hello there! Thank you for stopping by, and congratulations on taking the first step towards a more self-improved you. I have always been passionate about people, and helping others, showing compassionate and empathy. As a valued listener, people often seek me out when they have experienced personal issues, trauma and stressors. Through your journey, I will provide a safe atmosphere in order to begin to face the complexities you are facing, help change your narrative to a more helpful narrative, and we will work together, to achieve your identified goal and success. In therapy, we work to understand yourself in new ways that feel more accepting, empowering, and extensive.
Hello, I'm Khalilah Yadullah, a psychotherapist with 18+ years of experience in the Mental Health field. My background includes working in school settings, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient clinics. Before specializing in mental health, I spent 6 years working with children and families in the area of Health and Human Development.

Hi, I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Virginia and Pennsylvania. I received my Doctorate degree in Couple & Family Therapy from the University of Minnesota and have been practicing for 8 years. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with anxiety, chronic health conditions, depression, loss and grief, stress, trauma, and relationship issues such as boundaries, parenting, intimacy, infidelity, trust, and more.
I work with clients to process and heal psychological and relational pain. I believe that therapy is both science and art. The art of therapy can be seen as a joint venture between clients and therapists, and the science reflects in providing assessments, treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions. I believe in the collaboration between clients as experts in their lives and myself as a therapist who is trained in providing therapy services.
I'm Melissa, a psychotherapist in private practice for nine years.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and whole life centered.
Areas of specialty include Women's Issues (fertility, post-partum, motherhood, identity, etc,) relationship issues, and ADHD.
I became a therapist because therapy changed me, and continues to empower me.
I'm honored to help you process traumas or life's everyday stressors, support you in meeting goals we design together, and help you better love the one and only unique you.
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Dr. Carl Rogers
My own ADHD diagnosis at age 30 was life altering, and continues to fuel my compassion for clients struggling to figure themselves out.
I also love empowering clients to strengthen their relationships, have more empathy for themselves and others, and discover what calm contentment means to them and how to achieve it.

I’m a warm, compassionate and down to earth therapist, who believes healing happens through genuine connection. With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring both clinical knowledge and a deeply human approach to our work together. I’m thoughtful and intuitive but I also love humor and believe some of the most meaningful moments in therapy happen when we can laugh together, even while doing difficult work. My approaches, are collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity rather than judgment. I help clients recognize patterns, understand themselves more deeply, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with their own voice and begin trusting themselves again. I especially enjoy helping people move beyond simply understanding why they feel the way they do and toward creating meaningful change in their lives. My own life has taught me that growth is rarely neat or linear. I value, authenticity, resilience, compassion, and the courage it takes to begin again and again. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and know that you don’t have to have everything figured out all at once.
I’m a down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as yourself—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, trauma, and the moments when life simply feels overwhelming or uncertain.
My approach is open-minded, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I want to understand not only what you’re struggling with, but also who you are, what has shaped you, and where you want your life to go. Together, we can make sense of patterns, build on your strengths, and identify practical ways to move forward.
You can expect warmth, honesty, curiosity, and a little humor when appropriate. I believe therapy can hold space for difficult emotions while still helping you recognize your own ability to create meaningful change.
Hi! My name is Mary Beth and I am happy that you have come to the Grow Therapy website. I earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Grief and Trauma from Arcadia University and have been practicing for 10 years. First, I want to congratulate you on taking a big step towards improving your mental health! Maybe you are feeling sad and are crying more than you ever remember. Or perhaps you are feeling anxious and panicky and you don't understand why. Maybe you are up all night, tossing and turning and sleep just doesn't come. Do you feel stuck in a relationship that is unhealthy and can't think straight or how to express your feelings effectively? Many of us have been there before and need support. I have a proven record of helping my clients feel better and experience joy in their lives.
First I build trust in our relationship by listening in a nonjudgmental and safe way. I help you envision your goals - what you would like your life to look like? Together we will process your challenges and identify the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are not working for you. Also, I will introduce effective coping and communication skills which we can practice together to increase your confidence. I can help you become more aware of how your thinking and emotions affect your behavior and how you can challenge unhealthy thoughts that lead to overwhelming emotions. Then together we can identify your unique strengths (everyone has them) and find ways to employ them for success. I believe strongly in the mind and body connection and increasing self-awareness. I teach mindfulness skills to improve self-control which helps people stay in the present without constantly ruminating about the difficulties of the past or their fears about the future. I am trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) which is effective for those who experience problems with emotional instability and impulsiveness. While healthy relationships are often the bedrock of a joyful life, relationships can also cause pain. Together we can identify the dynamics of these relationships and then identify effective ways to repair them or find new and more healthy ones. If this sparks your interest, please contact me. Thank you for your consideration.
Hi, I'm Malika!
Have you ever felt like you were wearing a mask around everyone else? That you are truly the one exception to the rule that everyone is deserving of love? That you are actually the one person in this world who must be perfect, the funniest, the most attractive? Or that there's just something "off" inside you or within your life?
I work collaboratively with help my clients to help them increase their self-worth, strengthen their relationships, and develop an awareness of their emotional responses by exploring the deeper "roots" behind our protective parts of self. I believe that through exploring deeply held beliefs about oneself and the world, and accepting all parts of self, that people can achieve growth and change. Together, we will use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Therapy can be an uncomfortable and challenging process; however, it is truly a rewarding journey towards self-acceptance. As isolating as it can feel, you are not alone in these experiences. Change is possible and I would be honored to be apart of your journey towards embracing the traits and characteristics that make you uniquely you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges. My path to becoming a therapist began with my own experiences in counseling, where I discovered the power of having a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal and grow. That experience shaped my belief that therapy is not just about addressing problems, but about uncovering strengths, building resilience, and learning how to live with greater peace and purpose.
I specialize in working with individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship struggles. My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate mindfulness techniques to help clients slow down, become more aware of their emotions, and respond in healthier ways.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you in your journey, offering tools, insight, and encouragement. Clients who work with me often notice they gain greater clarity, stronger coping strategies, and more confidence in navigating relationships, boundaries, and personal goals. My ultimate aim is to create a safe space where you feel truly heard, validated, and empowered to make lasting changes in your life.
I currently offer sessions during weekday daytime hours, which works well for clients with flexible schedules or those seeking therapy during standard business hours.

I aim to provide a supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences, cultivate resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with their values.

All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.

Hello. I am licensed marriage and family therapist and my clinical approach is cognitive-behavioral strength-based. I focus on helping people invalidate negative thoughts and become aware of their strengths. I do so in order to help them improve their confidence so that they can overcome challenges that they previously believed were impossible to triumph over. I also help people improve their boundaries to assist them with preventing others from negatively impacting their confidence and interfering with the development of their goals. With couples and families, I use an emotionally-focused approach that helps people become more comfortable with being vulnerable with people that are important to them. Becoming vulnerable helps people focus on discussing how they are impacted by others and what they need from them instead of blaming and criticism. Taking such a stance increases the chance that listeners will remain attentive instead of becoming defensive.
