After graduation, I began working with intellectually and developmentally disabled adults. I graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania a second time with a Masters of Social Work in 2019. I’m a therapist who helps people slow down, make sense of their inner world, and build lives that feel more aligned and sustainable. My style is collaborative and down‑to‑earth; I focus on creating a space where you can be honest without judgment and explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, identity, or major transitions, I work with you to uncover patterns, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
With over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health, I am a Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their path toward healing and personal growth. I believe that each person brings their own unique strengths to therapy, and I use a strengths-based approach to help clients build on what’s already working while gently addressing the areas where they may feel stuck or overwhelmed.
My practice is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and treated with compassion. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe being themselves—whether they are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, or working through relationship challenges.
Over the years, I’ve found that no single approach fits every person or situation. That’s why I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to the individual needs and goals of each client. My integrative style allows me to meet clients wherever they are in their journey, whether they’re seeking short-term support or longer-term work.
Above all, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they explore, heal, and grow. My goal is to foster a trusting, collaborative relationship where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes and create the lives they want for themselves and their loved ones.
I go by Becky and have been working with children and families since 2004. I have provided many different kinds of case management and therapeutic services in my social work career.
I believe that wellness includes many factors of a person's life--mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Some of those things in your life might be in balance while other areas are not. You probably already have the ability to manage many situation or challenges with a combination of existing strengths and learned skills; we can add to those together.
My enjoy using play therapy. Through play child, families, and (yes!) adults can work through many issues in their lives. The best part is all the hard work doesn't feel like work. We learn skills by playing throughout our entire lives beginning with playing peek-a-boo; on the grade school play ground; sports and backyard games; as well as board games and card games with friends.
If playing isn't for you, I also provide the traditional "talk therapy" that most people are familiar. I received a specialization in Military Social Work during my master’s program at USC and have a passion for working with those, both children and adults, who have experienced trauma. Trauma can show up in a lot of different ways and look like many things. In counseling, we can use a combination of CBT, solution focused, and problem-solving therapy, along with Motivational Interviewing, trauma therapies, and Play Therapy when appropriate. Your plan, developed in your words, will be a great road map for reaching your desired destination. I would be honored to walk with you along that path.
Seeking help reflects the courage and drive that you already have within you.
As a social worker therapist grounded in mindfulness theory, my dream client embodies a spirit of openness and motivation for change. This individual recognizes the challenges that come with personal growth but approaches therapy with a willingness to explore and confront these difficulties. They appreciate the journey of self-discovery and are eager to gain insights that can lead to meaningful transformation in their life.
In our sessions, I envision a collaborative environment where they feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. They understand that progress may not always be linear, yet they remain committed to the process. This client values the therapeutic relationship and seeks guidance to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and mindfulness in their daily life.
What I cherish most about this ideal client is their ability to reflect on their experiences and actively engage in their healing journey. They inspire me with their courage to face discomfort and their desire to learn and grow. Together, we would explore various mindfulness practices and therapeutic techniques, fostering a deep connection that empowers them to embrace change with compassion and patience.
Ultimately, my dream client is someone who is not only motivated to seek help but also appreciates the support and insight I can offer. In this partnership, we would work hand in hand to navigate the complexities of their experiences, celebrating each step toward a more fulfilled and mindful existence. This collaborative spirit of growth and understanding is what makes the therapeutic journey profoundly rewarding for both of us.

Mor Rondo J. Edwards-Roberts is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) dedicated to helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. He believes therapy should be a space where people can explore their identity, gain insight, and develop meaningful tools for real-life change. His approach blends behavioral health models with compassion, cultural awareness, and a commitment to helping clients reclaim control over their lives.
My focus is on a variety of life issues that impede the unique potential of the individual. These include substance abuse and dependency, Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma as well as major life events that happen to us all. I works with people from all walks of life including children, couples, and adults. Person centered counseling is not a platform on which one seeks advice or fears being judged, as if “under the microscope”. Rather it is a collaborative conversation based on unconditional positive regard, in which counselor and client journey together towards the client’s realization of meaning and goals.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, advocate, mother, runner, and yoga enthusiast. I believe that everyone would benefit from talk therapy because life is challenging, complicated, and busy. I fully understand that getting ourselves to therapy is, at times, not easy and sincerely appreciate every client that intentionally decides that they are ready to grow, heal, and evolve. I believe in the power of becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable so as to push ourselves to step outside of our comfort zones.

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity questions, and emotional overwhelm.
My style is honest, grounded, and deeply respectful of the human experience. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT, but I also hold space for what cannot always be explained, your story, your meaning, your growth.
Clients often come to me feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we uncover the patterns keeping you there and build the insight, skills, and resilience to move through them. You won’t be rushed or judged. You’ll be heard, supported, and challenged when needed.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be willing to start. Healing begins with one honest conversation, and I’m here to take that step with you.
I practice by a simple model: words are only soothing to the ear but my acts of tenderness and kindness act as a beacon to guide you through your turbulent times. This simple phrase means I can offer words of encouragement but it is my actions that make a difference. Please recognize that life can one better or bitter. We can work to build to make life better.
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together on the challenges you’re facing. Using evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, I’ll help you explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns, build practical skills, and strengthen your resilience so you can move toward growth, balance, empowerment and meaningful change. I look forward to working with you!
