Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
You’re a caring individual or family whose life has been disrupted by trauma, conflict or co‑occurring substance‑use issues. You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, sadness, anger, or struggle to communicate with loved ones. Deep down you want to heal, feel understood and rebuild trust. You long for healthy relationships and the ability to cope without self‑sabotage. You need a safe, compassionate space where you can make sense of your experiences and gain tools to take control of the situation and your emotions. Tools to problem solve, resist peer pressure and intimidation, as well as being the best you you can be! Let me help you.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Using interventions like thought challenging, replacing negative self talk/thoughts with positive, STOP, and the 3 P's, you'll learn to make the most well informed decisions by pausing to consider your choices before making them, and the possible consequences of them.
Faith-based therapy
Christians will be encouraged when requested by utilizing scripture support to help bring clarity and be reminded of the omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent, God they serve and His promises His chosen, elect, and set aside people.
