I believe therapy works best when you can show up exactly as you are — messy thoughts, quirky interests, big feelings, awkward humor, and all. As a neurodiverse therapist myself, I understand what it can feel like to navigate a world that often expects people to think, feel, and function in very specific ways. My goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely accepted, understood, and safe enough to unmask and be themselves without fear of judgment. I grew up in Hawaii, and that upbringing shaped the way I connect with people — with warmth, openness, humor, and a strong belief in the importance of relationships and community. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in special education, which deepened my passion for supporting neurodiverse children, teens, adults, and families in ways that honor their strengths rather than trying to “fix” who they are. I’m also a mom to two energetic boys, so I understand firsthand the chaos, beauty, exhaustion, and constant learning that comes with parenting and family life. Outside of therapy, you can usually find me practicing yoga, spending time with my bulldogs, or trying to balance self-care with the realities of everyday life. In therapy, I strive to be real, collaborative, and compassionate. I love working with clients who feel different, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, misunderstood, or stuck trying to fit into expectations that don’t truly work for them. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, parenting stress, emotional regulation, or life transitions, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can breathe a little easier and feel more connected to who you really are.

Hi there, glad you are here! I am an accomplished Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience, licensed in Missouri. I graduated with my Master of Social Work from Missouri State University in 2008 with an emphasis in substance use and trauma. I have many years of experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns from PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, addiction, trauma, OCD, ADHD/ADD, and many others. I have also assisted those with serious mental health issues such as schizophrenia, bipolar, dissociative disorder, traumatic brain injuries and those on the spectrum. I am a Certified Crisis Worker and have been trained in CISM and have been active within the community doing debriefings with first responders and medical professionals. I’m here to walk beside you as you navigate the challenges life has placed in your path. Life can be full of beautiful, joyful moments—but it can also bring seasons of pain, loss, stress, or unexpected change that leave us feeling lost or questioning our place in the world. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. It takes real strength to reach out for support, and I truly commend you for taking this brave first step toward healing and hope. My therapy style is typically warm, interactive and believe in meeting the client where they are currently at. I believe that everyone should be treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and understanding. I don't believe in labels but that in understanding a diagnosis that fits the symptoms we may be able to find solutions and peace while moving forward. I will walk beside you and be your guide. I want to help you achieve the best version of you that you can be! I look forward to meeting you and taking this journey with you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. You are overwhelmed, overthinking everything, and overfunctioning just to keep things afloat. You are the one everyone relies on, but you are exhausted. You have gotten used to carrying everything for everyone, and if we are being honest, it is costing you your peace, your energy, and often yourself. If this sounds familiar, it is because I hear it all the time. It reflects the lived experiences of most of the clients I work with. In our sessions, we won't just talk about what is happening. We'll get honest about what's driving it and we work to change it. I'll help you notice the patterns that are keeping you stuck and challenge them in real time so that you can build something more sustainable in your actual day-to-day life.

Anxiety & Sleeplessness Fear, insomnia, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we work towards increasing sleep time, decreasing panic or anxiety attacks or symptoms, fully understanding where overwhelming emotions stem from, and how to move towards being your best self. Relationships Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both partners and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship. Trauma and Healing Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post-traumatic events. We work together through these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep. I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people. I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.

Many of the women I work with are extremely capable and successful in their careers, yet they feel frustrated that food seems to be the one area of life they cannot fully control. Emotional eating often develops as a response to stress, exhaustion, or emotional overload. In our work together we explore the deeper patterns driving these behaviors so you can develop a healthier relationship with food and feel confident in your body again. I also provide specialized coaching programs for clients who want to go deeper into transforming their relationship with food and building sustainable health habits. Using my signature Release It Now!TM 5-Step Process, I help clients heal from the inside out — restoring peace, self-worth, confidence, and emotional resilience. When you heal the emotional roots beneath your behaviors, lasting freedom follows. How I Help: The Release and Heal It Now!TM 5-Step Process This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a proven, structured, and compassionate method to help you identify, heal, and release the underlying causes of your emotional and behavioral struggles — creating room for a healthier, happier you. 1️⃣ REVEAL: Uncover What’s Really Going On Emotional Eating, anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout are symptoms of deeper emotional wounds and unhelpful thought patterns. 2️⃣ RELEASE: Let Go of Limiting Beliefs and Emotional Blocks This creates space for healthier beliefs and habits to take root. 3️⃣ REPROGRAM: Reshape Your Thoughts, Rewire Your Reactions Your brain can be retrained. In this phase, we’ll install new, empowering thought patterns and coping strategies. 4️⃣ RESTORE: Build Sustainable, Healthy Habits Healing isn’t just mental — it’s physical and emotional too. Together, we’ll create simple, sustainable habits. 5️⃣ REJOICE: Celebrate Progress, Foster Gratitude, Live Joyfully Recovery isn’t linear — it’s about progress, not perfection.

Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.” I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models: Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment. Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns). I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family. It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible. Hi, I’m Tara. I’m a professional counselor with 19 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. I became a therapist because I’ve always had a heart for helping people feel seen, heard, understood, and supported—especially during seasons when life feels overwhelming, relationships feel difficult, or you simply aren’t sure what comes next. My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel like a safe place where you can show up as you are without fear of judgment. You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly where to begin. We’ll start where you are and figure out the next steps together. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship and family difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, parenting challenges, and communication struggles. I use an individualized approach that may incorporate CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and client-centered therapy. I am also a Registered Play Therapist, and working with children and families is an important part of my practice. I use play and developmentally appropriate approaches to help children express emotions, develop coping skills, and work through experiences in ways that feel natural to them. One phrase that guides much of my work is “Awareness creates choice.” When we begin to understand ourselves, our patterns, and our experiences differently, we create opportunities to make different choices. My goal is for you to leave therapy not only feeling better, but also understanding yourself better and feeling more confident navigating whatever comes next.

I received my masters degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and my law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. I started Pink Rose Therapy to help women reach their full potential. Through empowerment, support, and emotional development I have seen women achieve greater success in their career, higher reports of satisfaction and enjoyment from their interpersonal relationships and a genuine calm and peacefulness when enjoying their down time, allowing more time to spend on hobbies, side hustles, or causes with greater vigor and passion. I approach individual therapy as a partnership, where you and I both work on your treatment plan goals and checking in with how effective our work together is going. Each person is unique and has specific needs. Typically, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge your current assumptions about your situation. I specialize in people experiencing anxiety, adjustment concerns around life transitions, and personality disorders. I am trauma informed and can help you realize how past traumas are impacting your mental health today, and strategies to cope better and calm the mind and body. I am a single mom to three children one adult, and two elementary age.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri State University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from John Brown University. Counseling is my “second act,” following 23 years of ministry experience that prepared me for a natural transition into this profession. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, Crisis and Trauma Counseling, Addictions Counseling, Group Therapy, Play Therapy, and more. I draw from multiple modalities in my practice—most often using an Internal Family Systems approach with individuals and the Gottman method with couples. I offer faith based counseling upon request.

I have been working in the field for 8 years, and 5 as a clinical therapist. I love meeting people where they are at and understand change does not happen over night. I often try to mix humor, directness, and researched based interventions when working through life's challenges. When I am not in the office, I love to hike, rock climb, and do outings with my children.

Hello, I’m Dr. Felicia Spratt, Ed.D, LPC, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and support. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and family conflict. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward, and my goal is to help them make sense of what feels heavy while identifying practical steps toward healing and growth. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and solution-focused. I believe that each person brings strengths into the therapy space, even when life feels difficult. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, trauma-informed care, and family-based strategies to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to build healthier coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in daily life. I have particular experience supporting adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with impulsivity, anger, family challenges, or high-risk behaviors. I also work with adults who are balancing multiple responsibilities and seeking ways to manage stress, process past experiences, and regain a sense of emotional stability. Clients who work with me can expect a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you build resilience, gain confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges, and take steady steps toward becoming the healthiest version of yourself.
