Well hello there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida and licensed in both Florida and Massachusetts. I received my Masters from the University of Kansas and have been practicing for 11 years. I run a successful life coaching business where I meet people on the beach and we walk and talk. I am living the dream, who says you can't make a living helping people and going to the beach?
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience working with people from all walks of life. My work has been in community health centers, medical and psychiatric hospitals, community mental health programs, substance abuse treatment programs, and in private practice. I pride myself in being easy to talk to, a great listener, and an excellent "asker" of the right questions to help people move out of limited or stuck patterns of thinking and being. I have learned so much from doing this work and have also benefitted greatly from being a client of psychotherapy myself, so I am a firm believer in our innate ability to make positive changes where needed as well as to come to a greater level of acceptance and comfort with where and who we already are.
Hi and I am Marian Maguire, a clinical social worker who graduated with a Master's degree from Boston University. I have over 20 years of clinical experience. We will work together, as
a team, to help you reach your goals. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges and disability issues.
I am a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, licensed in MA & CT), as well as a Certified Health and Well-Being Coach (NBHWC, ICF) with extensive background in behavior change and mental health. I have 30+ years experience partnering with people to thrive by mindfully focusing on their strengths and values, nourish their bodies and minds through lifestyle medicine, and using creativity, compassion, and resilience to work through tough challenges to make lasting change.
I ensure that each patient feels comfortable and confident in their decision to seek care. I have dedicated my career to empowering clients through a blend of evidence-based techniques and compassionate care.
With an extensive background in clinical psychology, I successfully employ multiple therapeutic modalities including EMDR, ERP therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy! I also provide clinical supervision to interns and newly licensed clinicians in MA and RI through my ACS certification.
My name is David Mancuso, and at the heart of my work is a belief that every person carries an untold story—one shaped by survival, family dynamics, unspoken pain, and the longing to feel whole. I help clients reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve had to silence in order to function. My approach blends depth-oriented psychotherapy with a direct, grounded style that invites honesty, clarity, and personal evolution.
I draw from years of clinical practice, trauma-informed training, attachment theory, and my own lived experiences navigating complex family systems. Because of that background, I understand what it means to rebuild a self from the inside out. Clients often come to me during moments of transition, emotional exhaustion, identity confusion, or relational upheaval. They stay because our work helps them find their center again.
While I bring a calm and steady presence, I also show up with real engagement. I don’t sit back passively—I’m interactive, reflective, and attuned to the subtle patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate. Therapy with me is an active process of reconnecting with your original self, strengthening your internal structure, and learning to move through the world with more confidence, emotional clarity, and integrity.
Above all, I care deeply about the people I work with. My intention is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways—so you can step into a more grounded, connected, and empowered version of yourself.
Greetings! I have been supporting individuals, families, and couples with various mental health challenges as a licensed clinical social worker, social work intern, and therapist for more than 13 years. My clients appreciate my practical approach to help them get the results that they want to see in their life, work, and relationships. I can help you in the areas of work, family, personal identity, relationships, and much more.

You can expect a space where you can show up exactly as you are, no judgement, just honest connection and real tools to help you move forward.
Whether you're navigating a major life change, feeling stuck, or carrying something heavy from the past, I'm here to help you make sense of it an build the skills to feel more grounded and in control of conscious and subconscious thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
I’m Osvaldo Santiago, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut, with over 10 years of experience supporting adults on their path toward greater clarity, healing, and self-acceptance. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and empowered, especially if you’ve felt overlooked, misunderstood, or disconnected in other parts of your life.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to the therapy room, and I meet you where you are- whether you’re navigating anxiety, cultural identity stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, or past trauma.
In sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches offer structure and flexibility, helping us identify what’s getting in the way and build tools to support your growth and well-being. That said, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, I stay adaptable and responsive to what you need most in the moment.
Outside of therapy, I value the same things I support my clients in cultivating: meaningful relationships, mindfulness, resilience, and space to breathe. I believe in showing up fully, both as a clinician and as a human being, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever comes next.

Hi! I'm a Alyssa, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. I'm so glad you're here and considering working together.
My approach is eclectic, combining pieces from different therapeutic modalities to find the right mix that works for you. I tend to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I provide a warm and direct approach, incorporating humor where I can. My clients often describe me as someone who is easy to talk to. I appreciate feedback from clients throughout the course of the therapeutic relationship to ensure your needs are being met.
I am a Counselor who takes a thoughtful, insight-oriented approach to therapy. My style is conversational and reflective, helping clients slow down, look at patterns in their lives, and gain clarity about the forces shaping their thoughts, relationships, and decisions. I also provide an affirming space for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach is warm, supportive, and focused on empathetic listening. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable speaking openly. I also offer therapy in Russian for clients who feel more comfortable speaking in their native language.
My name is Nadine Thompson, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, specializing in Clinical Practice, from Smith College School of Social Work in 1991. I also have post-graduate certification in Addiction counseling, multicultural practice, DBT, and Couples and Family Therapy. I've worked in many different settings with individuals and families who have a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, stress, family problems, trauma/abuse, addiction, relationships/parenting, and more. Over the past 30 years as a clinician, my experience has taught me that the most important aspect of counseling by far is the rapport, connection, and comfort you feel with your therapist. Recently, I have come to really see the value in being able "to hold space" for clients to express their deepest feelings and possibly find the answers and direction that they need as they become more self-aware.
We all want to be able to share our personal truths and be accepted and understood. I believe in the power of “telling our stories”, as a pathway to healing and resilience. Our work together may include you being able to see yourself and those around you more clearly and develop tools and strategies for creating change in your life.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping others realize their wholeness and healing through evidence based, trauma informed care. My background is in craniosacral therapy, somatic emotional release, and crisis intervention. I take a holistic person centered approach to therapy, which acknowledges that mental health is influenced by the interconnectedness of a person's physical health, emotional state, social connection and spiritual belief.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed School Psychologist, and I’ve spent more than 20 years working with children, teens, young adults, and families. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted. My approach to counseling is warm, collaborative, and strength-based. I take the time to get to know each person as an individual, understand what they are experiencing, and help them recognize their strengths while developing practical tools to navigate challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve supported young people experiencing anxiety, emotional and behavioral challenges, school-related stress, learning differences, attention difficulties, social challenges, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience working with families and collaborating with schools and other professionals to help children and adolescents thrive.
Hi there, welcome. It is wonderful to see you are taking the first step to connect with a therapist. My style is casual and client centered. Clients set their own goals as I support them in feeling heard, safe and an equal part of the therapy process. Our focus would be to identify areas of difficulty, build on the strengths you already have, identify triggers and learn coping strategies to help ease symptoms that may be impacting day to day life. I believe in the importance of meeting people where they are and providing non judgmental, open connections. My clients are adult women who identify with one or more of the following: family conflict, estrangement, caregiver, grief, aging, hospice, anxiety, caring for neurodivergent children, parenting and/or chronic medical illness.
I am a Massachusetts-based social worker (LICSW) with varied experience within the mental health field. As a therapist, my commitment is to treat each person I serve with compassion and recognition of their inherent dignity as well as to uphold the high ethical and practice standards that form the core of the social work discipline. Everyone has strengths, and everyone has room to grow; I'm here to help along the journey.
Managing persistent anxiety, panic attacks, or depression can feel like watching a storm roll in that never quite clears. When distraction, self-medication, or simply waiting it out stop working—and the symptoms only grow more intense—it is natural to feel hopeless or stuck.
Therapy offers a dedicated space to break that cycle.
When working together, we will build a treatment plan tailored specifically to your goals. My practice draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Meditation, and Guided Imagery. I also bring deep experience navigating the stages of change, the cycles of addiction, and how substance use intersects with mental health.
I understand that while everyone's journey looks different, the distress you feel is real. Prioritizing your well-being takes courage, but you don't have to navigate it alone.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions. My style is warm, genuine, and straightforward. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and also be challenged in ways that help you grow.
I work with women who feel stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, and trying to get everything “right” – especially during times of transition like relationships, career changes, motherhood, or midlife.
From the outside, things may look fine – but internally it feels harder than it should. You might find yourself second-guessing your decisions, feeling overwhelmed, or unsure what you actually want.
This isn’t just about coping – it’s about understanding what’s actually driving these patterns, so you’re not stuck trying to figure yourself out all the time.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Alongside that, I trained as a Reiki Master, Polarity Practitioner, and massage therapist. I bring both of these perspectives into this work – a science-informed understanding of the nervous system with a focus on how experiences are held in the body.
Hello, my name is Peter.
Have you been considering therapy for a while but been hesitant to make the first step? I have a gentle calming approach and we will work at your pace.
I have a wide variety of experiences helping with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, burnout, and trauma among others. We can evaluate all areas or just focus on the present. I take pride in helping you to feel that you are in a safe and comfortable space to share the true feelings you have but are hard to speak out loud.
Life is a journey and there are many unexpected obstacles that we are all susceptible to having those barriers derail us from the healthy place we desire to be. I can help to problem-solve and use evidence-based approaches and techniques to help get you back on track! I'm not here to listen to my own voice, I want to truly hear you and help empower you to grow in the ways that are best for you.

Hello, I’m Naomi, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed mental health clinician providing therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. You may be managing a lot on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside, trying to keep everything together while feeling unsure of what to do next. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is to create an environment where you can be yourself without feeling pressured to have everything figured out.
My approach is collaborative, flexible, and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and expressive techniques when helpful. I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Instead, we’ll work together to find approaches and strategies that fit your needs, personality, and everyday life.
“Whoever you are, no matter how lonely” is my favorite Mary Oliver quote to describe the work I do. My name is Annie Kaye and I work with adults wanting freedom from ADHD, anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, life transitions, and self esteem. My practice takes a grounded, interpersonal, and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe the continued commitment of showing up for yourself is the foundation of change, and I use my background to meet you wherever you're arriving from.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. I hold a Masters from Assumption University (Counseling Psychology) and PhD from the University of Connecticut (Educational Psychology) and have been practicing for 8 years. I help adults struggling with the stress and anxiety of life's challenges. While not all problems may be completely solvable, I believe there is always a path toward self-improvement, healing, and overall wellbeing.
I am a compassionate bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, dedicated to supporting the Latino community through culturally responsive, culturally competent, and stigma-free mental health care. I am passionate about increasing mental health awareness and breaking down barriers and stigma that often prevent individuals and families from seeking support!
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are looking for a personalized and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health treatment. Using an eclectic therapeutic style, I tailor each session to meet the unique strengths, needs, and goals of every client.
During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment! The initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship.

Hello and Welcome!
I am a social worker who has been in the field for over 20 years. Early in my career, I was fortunate enough to work with a psychiatrist who believed there was more to treating mental health than medication. I participated in a training with him and I was transformed as a therapist. I was trained in the relaxation response and mindfulness meditation and using the body to help heal people who have had significant trauma and mental health challenges. From there, I went on to get my yoga teaching certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Since then, I have been helping children, adolescents and adults learn more about themselves and help them connect with the truest part of themselves. I believe my purpose is to help people learn to love themselves.
I lived in CA for a long time and still hold my LCSW license. I was fortunate enough to study with a number of teachers at Spirit Rock Meditation Center who have influenced my work. I blend a number of different frameworks into my practice including trauma-informed CBT, DBT, somatic psychotherapy and self-compassion.
I am mindful and respectful of all differences (racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, economic, gender, sexual orientation, ability etc.) and strive to understand each person within the context of their life history.
Every person who seeks treatment has unique needs and goals. I strive to work collaboratively with you to keep your goals at the center of our work together.
I stand in solidarity with the BIPOC community and all those impacted by systemic racism and oppression. I will uphold my own values and ethics and support all those who are speaking out against injustice of any kind. As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe space for all.
I help adults (and teens 13+), virtually and in-person, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, sexual dysfunctions, eating disorders/disordered eating, and adjustment issues related to grief. Grief can manifest not just from death, but also from the end of a relationship, loss of a dream, health issues, or any unexpected changes in life. My work extends to helping those who have experienced trauma, as well as individuals looking to improve their self-esteem, strengthen their relationships, and manage stress effectively. In collaboration, from a trauma informed and compassion-focused approach, I will help you in creating a toolbox of techniques to soothe your nervous system while fostering self-compassion and building emotional awareness.

I use evidence-based strategies along with mind-body techniques to help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and move forward in a way that feels sustainable. In our work together, you’ll gain insight into your patterns and build skills you can actually use outside of sessions.
Therapy with me is not just about talking—it’s about helping you feel more in control, more balanced, and more like yourself again.

In addition to my mental health work, I’m a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with more than 10 years of specialized experience in substance use and harm reduction. I’ve also held clinical leadership roles in both nonprofit and private practice settings, where I’ve guided individuals and teams toward compassionate, evidence-based care.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way of your goals and develop practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques and together we will identify individualized, effective coping strategies to meet the "Best You!"
If you’ve spent a long time feeling unseen, overwhelmed, or weighed down by things from your past, therapy can be a place to start understanding how those experiences have shaped you. I don’t believe therapy is just about getting rid of symptoms. Sometimes the things we struggle with can tell us a lot about ourselves, including what we need and what may be ready to change.
I tend to be pretty active in sessions. I’m not someone who is just going to sit back and listen while you do all of the talking. I’ll share what I’m noticing, help you make connections, and give you things to think about or work on between sessions. I’m also interested in the deeper questions that can come up in therapy, like meaning, identity, intuition, and figuring out who you really are underneath all of the expectations and experiences that have shaped you.
Ultimately, I want therapy to help you feel more like yourself, not less.
I want to hear your story—I believe that healing starts with being truly seen and heard. As a licensed clinical therapist, I offer a compassionate, affirming, and honest space where your journey is honored and your voice is central. By utilizing client-centered, relational, and strengths-based approaches we can work together to explore your lived experiences and develop personalized goals. The focus is on creating a place where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal at your own pace; giving you the support and practical tools to manage your health, safety, and overall well-being. In our work together, I’ll listen attentively to your story and support you in building strength and resilience. I believe therapy should be where you can bring your authentic self, where healing isn’t just about “fixing” things but about understanding and reclaiming that sense of self. I am here to support you, with care, understanding, and a belief in your ability to share your story and create positive change.
