I've been a clinician for the past 33 years. I have worked with a wide range of individuals from persons with depressions, anxiety, trauma and severe persistent mental illness. I have worked in the community mental health field for my whole career as both a clinician and administrator. I'm currently starting to do more outpatient work and am looking to grow a private practice.

I can work with adult clients at any stage of life. I have experience with young people just getting started and figuring out who they are, parents with young children looking to navigate the huge changes in their lives, adults in midlife navigating an empty nest and adult children as well as elders managing end of life struggles and what their life has meant. My ideal client is someone who is eager to explore.
I use the therapeutic relationship to help people learn to better understand the root causes of their current distress and identify more effective methods for managing that distress.
