Hi, I am honored you are taking time out of your busy day to consider me as your therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and Kentucky. I received my Masters in Social Work from Marywood University and have been practicing for 20+ years.
I assist individuals like you — thoughtful, resilient, and ready to face the hard things, even when they feel confusing or uncertain - through empathy, compassion, and challenge.
Hello. I'm Joseph.
Do you feel so anxious it is hard to leave the house in the morning? Do you feel so depressed and sad that it is hard to get out of bed in the morning?
Anxiety and depression are common. You are not alone in feeling this way. I help people who struggle to deal with the stresses of life. Working together, we can identify what causes your depression and anxiety and work to find solutions which will make life easier for you. It is all about finding balance.
My experience allows me to help you deal with your stress, relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, or depression. Some people worry about what others will think if they seek out therapy. You are not alone. Many people deal with the same kind of things you deal with. Therapy is a place where many people come to heal and grow. It is a safe place where you can talk about whatever is on your mind and know that everything is confidential. Through compassion, empathy, and evidence-based techniques, we will find solutions for your problems and worries. Look forward to working with you!

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationships, grief, career and life transitions, and those seasons when life simply doesn’t look the way you thought it would. My approach is compassionate, practical, solution-focused, and collaborative. I’ll listen carefully and create a space where you can be completely yourself—but I’ll also ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, help you recognize patterns, and give you practical tools you can actually use outside of therapy.
Life experience has shaped me just as much as education and professional training. I’ve been married to my HS sweetheart for more than four decades, raised three children, experienced loss and grief, navigated career changes, family challenges, parenting, marriage, aging, and the many unexpected chapters that come with building a life alongside the people you love. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for resilience, relationships, humor, and the fact that none of us gets through life without a few scars and stories!
My work is especially meaningful with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting, first responder or military life, grief, major transitions, and questions about identity or purpose. I enjoy working with people who may appear capable and successful on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or exhausted from holding everything together.
My therapy is holistic and individualized. Depending on what fits you, we may incorporate evidence-based approaches alongside mindfulness, humor, nature, animals, relationships, meaning and purpose, and faith or spirituality if that's valued.
I believe therapy should help you understand where you’ve been without keeping you there. Together, we’ll focus on healing what hurts, strengthening what already works, and helping you intentionally build a life and relationships that feel authentic, meaningful, and with any luck a little lighter.
Hello! I began my journey toward Mental Health Therapy trying to understand my husband's PTSD and finally figured out what I wanted to be when I grew up, at the tender age of 60. I received my Bacherlors Degree in Psychology at 60 and my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy seven years ago at 65. I've been working with teenagers and adults since I graduated.
Walking with people through life's difficulties and struggles is a privileged, honor, and part of my purpose in life. I commit my life to helping people find their way back to the right paths that they want to be on to live out their purpose.

I always have a plan but I believe some of life's greatest adventures are in taking the scenic route.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers a warm, real, judgment-free space. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe being yourself. My style is down-to-earth, caring, and practical. Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!
My name is Rhea Caudill. I am the owner of Avenues of Grace Christian Therapy Services. The one question I get most often by clients and peers is: Why did you go into the counseling profession? My response is always the same. First, I have always had a desire to help people in a time of need or distress. I have felt this way as far back as high school. Secondly, I went through a debilitating anxiety disorder in my mid-twenties. I know first-hand the helplessness and desperation mental and emotional pain causes. I never condone a therapist sharing with a client, they know how the client feels unless they themselves have experienced a similar type of pain. Lastly, I believe in the power of counseling and the benefits it can offer. Counseling is very different from medicine. Counseling requires the client to be actively involved in the process of healing and growth rather than taking medication and waiting for it to work. Counseling empowers a client to by allowing them to see their progress towards the life they desire on a daily, weekly, and even monthly basis.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, and life’s stressors with compassion and practical support. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools for lasting change. For clients who desire it, I also welcome integrating Christian faith into the counseling process as part of holistic healing.

Additionally, I completed postgraduate studies at Southern Illinois University, further enhancing my expertise in counseling.
With over 40 years of experience in the field, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and interpersonal relationship problems. My therapeutic approach is highly collaborative; I work closely with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment where they can openly explore their thoughts and feelings.
Together, we identify specific concerns and work on defining personal goals that align with their values and aspirations. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring we develop effective strategies for lasting change and improved overall well-being.
My commitment is to empower my clients on their journey toward personal growth and healing, fostering resilience and healthier relationships in their lives.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just exhausted from trying to hold everything together? You don't have to navigate it alone. I am a LCSW working with teenagers and adults who are ready to break free from cycles of overthinking and self-doubt. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate. Together, we’ll build practical tools to help you breathe easier and move forward with confidence. Hello, my name is Ginger Van Meter.
I look at each individual as an iceberg! There's a tiny piece of ice you can see on the surface but down below and much deeper is a giant piece of ice that no one can see. That giant piece of ice represents all the stressors, emotional and mental health concerns that go back many years. Sometimes childhood trauma or even current events can create problems that we just can't seem to solve.
I will help you to break that ice down and learn new skills to get relief from the symptoms that stand in the way of making life more manageable. I always strive to do the best I can do to provide relief and comfort and help life become more manageable.

I believe that during challenging times, we need someone who is on our side, who understands our situation and can help during dark times. I will serve as a guide, and walk by your side throughout your individual process, while you develop trustworthy insight and learn to understand yourself.
