Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing care to a wide range of clients, but my focus has been working with people finding their way through grief and loss. While grief is a universally human experience, most of us don't talk or share much about it, much less how to live through it. No one is meant to grieve alone, and it is my privilege to join others on this path.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

When we meet, you can expect to be greeted warmly and professionally, and we will spend much of the time getting to know one another. I love to listen and immerse myself in their stories, to get to know what is important to other and what they might hope to achieve in counseling. I can answer any questions you might have about me and what specific approaches we can use to meet your goals. Our focus won't be on trying to "fix" you, but on helping you grow into your best future while still honoring your past.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In addition to all of the practical skills and techniques that are honed through years of clinical experience, I have an endless curiosity for people's histories, hopes and dreams. I bring an open, playful and nonjudgmental style to my sessions, and I strive to create an environment that fosters learning and insight, as well as comfort.
