I have a Doctorate in Psychology and am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have been working as a therapist for over 16 years. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and LGBTQIA issues. I believe that therapy should be a safe place to talk about personal issues without any judgment. We all need someone to talk to and therapy provides that space where you can be yourself. We all go through some things from time to time and should be able allowed to talk with someone who is willing to listen and provide us with the support that we need.
I’m a licensed therapist who works with people navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping clients build skills to relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions while moving toward what matters most to them. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where change feels possible and sustainable. I work to understand people''s experiences and how those experiences impact people.
You may look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted on the inside. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, overthinking, performance pressure, trauma, or feeling like their mind never fully turns off.I help high-functioning adults who want more than temporary coping—they want to understand why they feel stuck and create lasting change.

Hi there, I'm Jasmine, LCSW, and I'm here to help you navigate those overwhelming feelings that can sometimes feel like a pressure cooker. Whether it's the fear of disappointing others, feeling misunderstood, or battling with anxiety and depression, I understand how these emotions can pile up and become unbearable. You might even find yourself resorting to self-harm as a way to cope. It's hard to reach out and put these feelings into words, but you don't have to do it alone—this is my specialty, and I already understand what you're going through.
With my guidance, you'll learn emotion management skills that can help you handle these big emotions and break the cycle. Imagine not having to use all your energy pretending to be okay because you actually are okay. Together, we can work on managing stress, connecting with others, and finding the energy to truly enjoy life. You won't have to be on the defensive anymore.
I believe in open communication and honest boundaries, especially when it comes to sensitive topics like self-harm. Rest assured, this is an area I work with regularly, and I'm committed to being with you every step of the way. There's no jumping straight to inpatient care here—I'll teach you what you need to know to stop this and move forward with your life.
If you're ready to take the first step towards feeling better and living a more fulfilling life, I'm here to support you. Let's work together to find the peace and understanding you deserve.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and approachable.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, with a focus on helping you feel heard, understood, and free of judgment. Clients often describe me as approachable, relatable, and easy to talk to, and I strive to make therapy feel both supportive and practical by balancing empathy with tools you can begin using in your everyday life.
I enjoy working with adults, children, adolescents, and families, tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs, strengths, and goals. I believe every individual has a unique story, and I approach each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, overthinking, perfectionism, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, family dynamics, grief, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
Together, we'll identify patterns, build resilience, strengthen healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Above all, I am committed to providing a supportive environment where you can feel safe being yourself, grow at your own pace, and move toward the life you want with greater confidence.

I have found that many people enter therapy not because of a complex mental health issue but because of a general feeling of life not being what they would like it to be. I've been there. Many years ago I embarked on my own personal growth journey and I believe that has made me a more compassionate, empathic therapist.
I am very active in the therapeutic process and give direct feedback and suggestions for implementing lifestyle changes.
I have been a therapist for over 30 years, specializing primarily in depression/anxiety, relationship issues, and addiction/alcoholism. I believe that pain shared is pain lessened and that people can and do recover from issues that have been troubling them for years. I work with individuals and couples. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach.
Think you're ready to start making the changes that you've been thinking about for quite some time? Call me. Let's talk about it. Evening and weekend appointments are available.

Hello, my name is Chelsea, and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois. I graduated in 2019 from Clarke University with my Master's of Social Work.
I spent my undergraduate years shadowing and volunteering at a sexual assault and domestic violence advocacy center. I completed research in the areas of trauma, decision making, and intimate relationships.

During that time I completed an internship at a combined homeless shelter and food pantry. I then completed a secondary internship at a local community mental health center.

I now have opened a private practice called Resiliency Counseling, which is an individualized practice focused on providing individual, couples, and family therapy services to help people who are wanting to improve their mental health in a safe, accepting, and trusting environment. I always strive to meet my patients where they are at in their mental health journey and tailor my approach to what they need. Born and raised in Massachusetts, I earned my Masters in Social Work from Boston College after receiving my Bachelors of Arts degree in history. In addition to Massachusetts, I am also licensed in the states of Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Illinois. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege to work with a vast array of individuals from all walks of life including children and adolescents, adults, seniors, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. As a telehealth provider, I only treat adults over the age of 22.
My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent.
One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have experience working with individuals who are coping with chronic mental health symptoms, to those who are working on adjustment in their lives. I have worked in several areas including a community mental health center, a college counseling center, and an inpatient residential treatment center.
I have worked as a therapist for over 8 years, serving in both private practice and community mental health settings. I graduated with my masters degree in social work from Florida International University in 2016 and I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Throughout my career, I have worked with many diverse populations, including individuals who have been incarcerated, struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, personality disorders , substance use disorders and an array of phase of life problems.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has over 30 years in the mental health field working in psychiatric hospitals and private practice. I work with clients individually (ages 13-17; 18- 65+); Couples, Families and the Elderly. Hi, I’m Mel B! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University, and I specialize in helping young adults aged 18-30 manage anxiety and feel more in control of their lives. I work with anxiety related to college life, dating, relationships, making big "adult" decisions, and major life transitions. I also help clients build routines, coping skills, and self-care practices that are realistic and sustainable. My approach is warm, laid-back, and practical—focused on mindset shifts, emotional regulation, and tools you can use in everyday life rather than overly clinical therapy. I enjoy working with talkative, motivated, quirky/humorous and insightful young adults who want support that feels genuine, encouraging, and empowering. Outside of sessions, I’m a wife, a cat mom of three, a Swiftie, and a caffeine lover who believes therapy should feel supportive, relatable, and even a little fun.
